App generally works great. But the latest update took away the ability for me to use my fingerprint to login, which is really frustrating. Having to type in my password everytime is a huge waste. Might as well just use my computer.

I have had trouble using this app on both my Kyocera phone and Verizon Asus Tablet. The limit on the deposit amount for a mobile check is a problem, but most problematic is the camera function that takes a picture of a check. The final picture is hard to read on both devices, and problematic at all times. Every time I use it I get several error messages before the picture is accepted. I compare this app to the mobile app that NFCU offers, and this is nowhere near as good.

DOCFCU app works great and offers all the newest top banking options as large commercial banks....Love the App!!!!!! Just been asked to rate the app again 4/12/19 & nothing has changed. Its an awesome app that keeps up with the big banks in terms of technology and the money management addition that I discovered is awesome. Now I can see all my $$ in one place & it even breaks it down into account categories (ie credit, retirement, savings, etc). 5 Stars!!!!!

With all the brances closed, with the ATMs inaccessible -- other than to drive an hour to Silver Spring MD -- A valiant and urgent attempt to deposit an important check was a failed 2 hour disaster and waste of time. I called DoCFCU -- nice woman tried to counsel me through install the play store app -- and it did not work -- it did not work it did not work. The video explaining how simple the photo-app is was wonderful. So Evan -- How about a video advising how to install the app in the first place.

An excellent app to complete your reconciliation needs with. All of your data is at your finger tips. Easy to use. I recommend. Fast accurate bill pay options. We'll set up and easy to use.

Great layout and functionality; never crashes.

I enjoy using the app. It is very convenient and has the information I need. The only missing part is I am unable to search for the recipient. I have to scroll through a long list of names.

First time with electric deposit. I'm retired handicap so this service is very beneficial for me.

Not very user friendly. Balance due on credit cards doesn't change when paid. Direct sepsis are not released when received, as most banks do. Can not pay loans/ very cards from outside accounts

App works fine except for check deposit. The picture taking interface is very clunky. I use PNC's app weekly and it towers over this app in the deposit area. Otherwise, works fine

I love the auto feature of taking the image of the check. Made my experience much easier. Thanks!

I have worked as a Federal employee for 44 years. DOCFCU has always been there with assistance whenever I need it! Employees are friendly and professional! I would highly recommend using them for your needs.

So far it lets me take care of all my banking needs electronically. It has lots of functions that make taking care of my finances much easier.

Check deposit feature is great, interface is simple. No complaints!

This app is simple and easy to use. They have enhanced it recently which has made the experience a lot better.

I like the convenience but don't like the new layout. I prefer prior version.

DOC FCU, has been there for me over 90% of the time. They were 💯% up until Jan. 2020, when they would not price match a new car loan. The DOCFCU quoted interest rate was 60% higher. Unfortunately, I had to take my business elsewhere.
