Easy, intuitive. I read a lot of one star reviews and was expecting a disaster. I clicked on "deposit" in the GTE app, and got a pop-up saying I had to install the "GTE Deposit 2 Go" app in order to make deposits. There was even a convenient little "install" button to click. I installed Deposit 2 Go, clicked deposit, and it took me to the camera screen to take front and back pictures of my check. So I did it and the check deposited. No freezes, no issues, no disaster.

Ugly outdated UI, unintuitive and buggy interface. I only downloaded this because the new application removed the ability to deposit checks. When you get to the check deposit screen it appears to use a completely different web based platform which didn't map correctly to my screen, the submit buttons were covered by the zoom button.

Generally works well, but seems silly to have a separate app just for deposits. The history feature doesn't seem to work unless there is a time limit on the history, but not a big deal. Would be 4 stars if it had fingerprint login available.

Have used this for years to deposit checks, no longer working. Camera button not active Originally thought it might have to do with my new phone. Uninstalled the app and now I cannot reinstall, stuck in download pending. Not sure what changed but it is broke.

App never worked very well. Now it doesn't work at all. Had to drive clear across town to deposit check. Was told to download new app--which does not appear to be available for Android phones. I really need a new bank...

Just downloaded the app .The app says I'm off line which I'm not and there is not even a screen for new users to register. I could not screen shot to show examples of what I'm going through per the app for security reasons. Im over it already.. Most not be meant for me to use. One star had to be selected in order for me to even be ble to post..😫😫

The pictures you use for the checks never work when taking a photo of a check, and that app feels like its from 2007, Pretty ridiculous considering nearly the only purpose of this app is to deposit checks, yet it works just as well as a square wheel....

App shuts down everytime I need to take a picture for image to be deposited. I have a Samsung Galaxy S8. I have unistalled/reinstalled, checked permissions, settings, everything and it still does not work.

I don't understand why the app stopped working for my phone. I would like you to explain to me why it is no longer compatible, why they make updates so difficult for the average person.

Used to work really good, now the app doesn't even read the check anymore ,it's obsolete, had to drive 30 minutes to make a deposit, not happy with this bank at all.

App is useless after recent update. I deposit several checks weekly using the app. This may be the final nail in the coffin for my 26 years of doing business with gtefcu.

Since this new update and you're trying to process the check photo the whole process shuts down and closes the app. This is my main way of depositing checks, not good GTE.

Horrible second app needed for GTE's primary app. Either it needs a long time to process pictures or it locks up the phone while trying to decide what to do. Why is a second app even needed?

This app used to work fine!! It will take the front picture and when you take the rear the picture is great but it says there is no endorsment and its there? My qustion is does anyone read these coments?

NOT happy at all!!! They took my mobile app away now (incompatible w/my device: aka: android) I'm seriously considering moving ALL my $$ to another financial institution now. 30 years of banking here & they're literally letting Bill Gates take over!

Subpar bank with a subpar app. Depositing a check is so much of a pain. 15+ minutes trying to deposit a check is ridiculous. Needs tlc for this app to be viable.

Get old app back or customers will run to a different bank because you just caused your users a lot of problems and for that easter to change banks ! Who ever came up with this idea should be fired !

Wont accept rear check photo on note 10... frustrating. And will probably be changing banks. I'm over it

I can no longer deposit checks !? The app just completely shuts down when I try.

Apparently we are traveling back in time by using multiple banking apps for the same account for different functions.

Doesnt work. No place to enter password after username which makes it unusable.

Been trying to download app for several days not able to get it to load. Now I need make a trip to CU.

what's the limit amount of the check I cant find a app that will cash my check for $4,000 I really hope this app. an an I pray it supports the state of New York
