I bank with Red River Federal Credit Union. The app keeps saying "Not logged In". I signed into my bank mobile app plenty of times and I still receive the same message.
Will not let me do anything. Says to login from my bank and when I login and try to take a pic of the check from my banking app it will not take a pic on auto or manual. Doesn't even show the green alignment box.
doesn't work at all, just says offline, can't open via my bank app either
You App doesn't even connect to my bank yet they link your app. Please fix
does not work with HFCU mobile app. useless
So far it can't read a printed check .
fix it. keep saying offline even if logged in to GTE
Log in to HFCU, click make Deposit Check, select account to deposit to, click Open, goes to redirect address but won't open.
Just says offline and will not move beyond that

This app used to work like a charm. Now, I can't deposit anything. I can capture the front image of my checks, the back image errors out several time. Once I finally get a back image to accept- the tranaction is held for review. Which is basically a waste of time as they always get rejected.
Terrible. Won't work for me either. HFCU please change to different app for deposits.
Since the upgrade, deposits won't happen. Epic failure....smdh

I'll join in the chorus of boos for this app. Trying to use it via my HFCU app and it never opens. I just get a screen with a URL of some type and it just sits there
Doesn't work, period. The Mobile Banking app that Hanscom FCU used to use worked fine. This new one is garbage.
BCU went to this app and it doesn't work. I can no longer deposit anywhere, have to find a sister bank for deposits. Terrible app!!!
Why use the app when you can go straight to your bank for mobile deposits? They have to do the same thing.. adding another middle man in the transaction is dumb they get all my personal info.
Idk what others are complaining about, this works perfectly with my credit union who is connected to this app. I'm so glad I didn't have to walk all the way to deposit a check!
Stupid app doesnt work at all
So far, this is the absolute worst. I have to take the pictures 20 times before it will accept them and even then a states that I didn't endorse the check. You really need to up your game or I will have no choice but to do my banking elsewhere.
