Unlike all the other CBT apps that charge a hefty subscription fee, this app is COMPLETELY FREE in it's entirety (with ads) FOREVER. It doesn't have the flashy cartoon characters like the others, however it has all the tools and information you need. I'm really glad I found this and appreciate the developers and Dr Frank for putting so much effort towards making CBT accessable to everyone
Great app, but doesn't work with new gestures in Android 10. When you swipe to pull the menu over from the left, it just closes the app. I might have to find another cognitive diary.
This app is amazing! It covers loads of subjects to help you understand and cope with your depression, the physical effects and emotional ones as well.
Myself it helps so much! Especially in the stressful times when my depression was getting worse. Before the pandemic I would use on nights when I couldn't fall asleep and during a migraine or after a seizure great to help me relax.
This app seems very helpful so far. Some of the security questions for setting up a password make me uneasy. If you choose to set up a password please don't use the last 4 digits of your social security number or the maiden name of anyone in your family options.
The app talks a lot about using CBT techniques, but I have no idea what these techniques are, and they are not detailed in the app at all. It also talks a lot about "irrational thoughts", but what if I believe all my negative self-talk is rational truth? This app really needs a make-over.
In previous versions of these apps the audio would not connect to the internet thankfully that bug has been fixed and now it's able to connect and I like the new user interface thank you.
This app has sustained me through a difficult time, and supported me to think in a different way. So much information available in one place when I have been let down by offers of counselling and then forgotten about. Thank you so much
Seems really helpful and what I was looking for without fluff while not being a subscription service like some other ones. Ill update if I start finding any complaints
This is the one. I've tried some other apps, but this one hit the spot. Read the articles, do the exercises, and use the diary. There's a lot of information packed into this app. It might not be the prettiest app, but the content is genuine.
This app is so helpful in dealing with my depressions! The cognitive diary is a fantastic way to deal with emotions and re-channel my negative thoughts! Love it!!!
Helpful CBT app with good thoughts displayed as you open it. I use it like a magic 8 ball when I'm feeling low or need a different perspective.
Very helpful. Reading materials combined with audio clips and other things are very helpful and easy to use.

Couldn't reset emotions list once I'd wrote it wasn't allowing me to use as many emotions as I liked What's the point of it when cbt centres round helping your emotions
The website is dated and the information seems a bit biased.
once you get used to the flow this app is stellar for working on personality quirks and beyond.
The constant distraction of slots machine scrolling ads was a bummer..immediately uninstalled

This app is just so perfect! The whole content stems from an adept understanding of the concept of depression, especially, the feelings and experiences of a depressed fellow. The mindfulness part is super-dope. I really love it. Sorry, don't wanna be selfish, but I would've rated it 5 if the audios were made offline. Would prefer it if the app were larger in size owing to offline audios rather than streaming it online every time I need it. Great work though! 👍
