Der Die Das (Letra) - German Articles & Vocabulary

Good visuals, easy to use. It needs a big fix, though: for now you hear the word without article before choosing, but you don't hear or see the word with article afterwards, it simply disappears. In other words, there is absolutely nothing to reinforce the correct form in your memory. Would it be that hard to add an extra frame where you say the word with article out loud along with the app?

overall, im really enjoying this! im using it to help with my vocabulary alongside my german course in college. I'm only giving four stars because there's no option to search through cards to add them to your favorites! i think this would be a valuable addition for us students who need to focus on specific words for our exams and such! it's hard to get everything i need into my favorites otherwise.

While easy to use I really wish there was some kind of tie between the gender and the flashcard colour. Even if it could be switched on and off after you get enough learning. Make die pink, der blue, das green, die plural orange. Something like that. But the colours being all varied or whatever dont help me personally. Which is a shame because otherwise the design of the app is quite nice.

I love your app, it has helped me a lot to move from A1 to A2. As I am currently learning new terms it would be great to have the possibility to create my own topics/themes and to add words there, so I can practice those. I know there is the "my basket" option, but as I add more words, the others get lost. PS: Tried to send you an inapp email but the email address no longer exists.

Very useful app that helps me practice German vocabulary. Also premium was only €3 a year what I think is a fair deal for what you get. Only tip I would give the developer is after choosing the right Artikel it would be nice to hear and see the word again with the right Artikel, I think that would help even more to remember it.

Great app for learning German adjective declension. Just invest 10 minutes daily and progress will be visible.

Great easy way to practice one of the mosr frustrating parts of learning German. I particularly appreciate being able to switch between studying only the articles or also having to pick the right word as well. Tips for rules of thumb to know what article certain word endings take are also really helpful. This is the perfect supplement to other language learning tools that focus more on grammar etc.

I like this app. But the possibility of automatically pronunciation aloud of words is absolutely necessary (after choosing a word in article+word mode). Or at least you should place the "Hearing" button somewhere on the screen, not in context menu, in my humble oppinion.

The idea is good and so does the design. I also like the brief rule. However I don't know why after first few cards, I couldn't swipe the next, like they got stuck and don't move away. It's really annoying and I'm finding another app to replace. Sorry to say. :(

Like a previous commenter suggested, the very first time you see a word the gender should be displayed for you. Also, when you have a limited vocabulary in the beginning, the constant influx of new nouns is kinda too much to remember. Would like to see more options such as a way to select only A1, B1 etc. vocabulary.

Really good German learning app. There are so many good picture and words. In enjoying in using it for learning German. Good job developers. A little bit unsatisfactory is the words card maybe should be little bigger, and more clear when people choose the der die das. That's the only thing.

The new redesign doesn't read the cards outloud automatically and I can't find where to activate that. Also, the swiping left, right and down concept was much much better and dynamic. Now it's a basic boring app but with nice graphics.

It is very useful, and I appreciate that you also included the meaning of the words in case the user does not know some of them. I have noticed that my notifications to practice only come immediately after I finish practicing for some reason. Everything else works like a charm.

Great app to practice articles. However, to make the memorizing easier I'd suggest you to underline or highlight specific letters in each word as sort of hints to memorize the articles. That would be extremely helpful.

Great app! Wanted to give a suggestion about a rule via email, but mail always bounces back, as no such recepient exists. However, one rule says -ung is always feminine, but "der Sprung" is obviously not :) Cheers!

The app is awesome. Very helpful if you know some German and you want to improve with the articles. Very smooth and user - friendly. I just cannot believe it is free.

I am not one to usually write reviews, but this app keeps improving with every update. Quality content and very helpful information / insights into the German language. With different ways to cater your own learning experience through 3 "games", this should be one's go-to supplementary resource for learning.

Beautifully Design app. Good Execution. Nothing more to say. It's just and overall app. Only complain is that there should have been an option for the level of German to be selected. Apart from that Everything is Awesome.

It is very useful to learn more vocabulary in German and of course the articles. I really like it. Beside does not have any adds.

Great application , with great variation of words which gives a better chance to learn more about the gender of each word, totally recommend it.

I suggest you to put the 'hearing button' on the side of the word so it will be easier for us to click. we don't need to click the 3dot and click again the hearing for the pronunciation BUT IT'S A GREAT APP THAT'S WHY I GAVE YOU 5★

Love the idea but sadly it's near impossible to actually swipe anything - the card just plops back to the middle of the screen the first 10-15 times. Too frustrating...

The app is good but I don't have money to buy these other categories that need access to premium. When I click the "hearing" button, it doesn't work.

'Your basket' facility does not work. Almost everything good needs to be paid for , despite of the ads. Really annoying!

it does what it is supposed to do. nice aesthetic. smooth interface. an interesting choice of words.

Didn't seem to help get the correct uses into my head. mostly i was just guessing. needs more reinforcement of what is correct.
