Very disappointed!!; The content is too gud but the app keeps getting hanged and takes lot of Tim to play videos which get stuck every 1 min !!!!!!

I have subscribed to the app yesterday made the payment....but the pack is showing inactive and I cannot access any of the content....not expected from prepladder....please fix this issue asap

I had ordered the premium subscription but after payment it did not unlock. sent screenshot of payment to their support staff and after that no reply... it's extremely ridiculous pls look into it

Font size is very small, quite uncomfortable to read the explanation.

Good. But how come dr manish soni provides more content(e.g. more q bank questions) in the main prepladder app(the one with time based subscription for all prepladder subjects) Shouldnt the contents be the same? Why less content is derm app???

I loved the content and way of teaching. But there are a few problems. First, the doubts are not being answered. I asked a doubt about 10 days ago, but still no response. Secondly, there are a lot of spelling mistakes in the text appearing on the screen.
