Really happy with the software, I'm also using MoleScope II. Dermoscope uploads pics directly to DermEngine and immediately connects between the app and computer. You can tell that a lot of effort has gone into the user-friendliness of this system.
I do not have experience with the app, only with the process to it. You install the app just to be notified, that you will be called on the phone. Then you get bunch of emails and a call late evening. I do not like an aggressive marketing like this. Just put your price for the app, same for everyone and do not spam. Whoever is interested will pay.
Opened up my teledermatology services using DermEngine. I get to control my price, my schedule, and regions that I'd like to open up my services for. This has greatly reduced my stress level, and all of my patient data is included in one place.
I am a huge fan of telemedicine services (also a great source of income) and use the visual search feature every day
