Simple and free (with some add, but it's totally fine). I believe it uses neural networks to classify the moles. It return a classification score and an answer (negative or positive). Honestly this is exactly what I was looking for and the best analysis tool i found.
New interface looks good. Simple one tap to change gender of body. [Update] Great customer service. Previous assessments sometimes dont transfer. The response explains Usually happens with framework changes. Especially noteworthy is the comment about AI making previous assessments obsolete. To me this could be very true.
I like the idea a lot as far as early or any detection is concerned. However, you could add a few slides on the detection approach u use... It may all be accurate, but someone analytical will not perceive it all too credible without understanding the aaproach.
As someone else has mentioned, I've taken multiple photos of the same mole with almost identical lighting and focus and results have varied from 0.03% to 33%. I simply can't trust the app after this. Also the ads are very inappropriate.
This app is really great , I wonder how they made it . The number of models they have analysed is incredible , a lot of options for scanning each part of body . The results are pretty accurate . I appreciate the developers . Keep up the good work .
Easy to use application. Tried analysing a few moles which resulted in generating different results. Not sure how accurate it is, but functionality is smooth. If in doubt see a dermatologist.
The UI could be improved in quite a few areas: not matching colours, etc. It could cause quite a few accessibility issues. It's hard to trust the analysis as well.
Works without crashing and report seems pretty genuine. But it should be able to tell if the photo is accurate or not. Helps us to retake phone if its blurred or not lighted properly.
Not sure how accurate this is but so far, seems to work really well. App functions smootly and is easy to use. Interface is responsive as well. Very useful app.
According to this app, I have 4 cancerous spots on me that are non cancerous @ the same time because this app isn't concise. I took several pictures of each spot (using tips this app recommends: GOOD LIGHTING & FOCUS) and my results varied from 99.9% positive to 00000.3245% negative. I'd advise people to see a dermatologist because that's the only way to know for sure. Lesions on the skin have to be viewed through a dermascope then shaved or excised for biopsy should there be any abnormalities.
After taking the photo you have the option to (retry) or (ok). Every time I selected (ok) the app crashed and closed or took me back to the start screen with no photos in the library. All app permissions checked and ok.
tried 3 times...always got the message "server under maintenance"... ...update: DermIA responded quickly to my review above and advised me to download an app update. I did this and the app worked fine. Seems very simple and easy to use.
I like the idea of weekly checks for you skin. Yes no technology is perfect but having an app to self diagnose could help people detect issue before it is too late.
It's an user friendly application.it took less than one minute to send the picture and answer questions.the results were immediate. I recommend this to every one.I think it's useful.
Picture of clear skin gives higher 2% chance than a mole 0.04% After taking several more pictures, I'm convinced this is a random number generator. The claim that this app has 98.550% accuracy is an absurd lie. I have over 20 pics and probably one third of them are false positive. By my count, that's more like 66% accuracy. So no, not much better than a random number generator. Maybe if the devs train their AI for another 10 years, it won't be a scam designed to scare you to go pay the doctor.
Love the idea of this app! I have a lot of birth marks on my body and it would take a lot of money to check them all out at the doctor's. If you guys want to improve the machine learning rates, then I would suggest giving people better guidelines on how to take the picture, therefore the data will be more accurate as well. 🙂
Simple design with challenging levels. Ball controls are realistic but tricky to navigate around the level. But it gets me hook to try and master it.
Does not analyze, says there are problems with the server which works fine for writing this review. Works very well, though, playing ad after ad.
Clean and easy interface, the ads are a little to much. Probably best to switch to pro version.
Nice and exceptional app that works really well. It helps me to analyze my skin by just taking a picture of it. It also provides almost nice accuracy.
A good way to find out skin issues, just by taking pictures. Powerful AI, good UI, easy to use.
Such an unique concept and pretty interesting, it's better because it's also available offline, the tips are helpful too.
Ammaazziinngg app! So simple and easy to use. It has amazing graphics and good UI. It really is very easy to understand. I thoroughly loved the app. Great job!
You can take 3 images of the same mole starting up close then backing up for each additional photo. All 3 have very different readings. If they were close in Melanoma risk then I would say great app but they are very far apart in the analysis which doesnt help much. After App Developers Comment: I understand the need for clear images with proper lighting. It is possible to take 3 crystal clear images with great lighting and still recieve different responses using your app.
