This app doesnot show anything except usage and remaining balance. I cannot get any idea from my previous usage to generate my usage pattern. It also doesnot update balance after each deposit. Hopeless app

The app is not showing any update credit balance after February, 2022. This is too annoying. Every time if we need to know the remaining balance we have to check the meter. Thats too horrible..!

This app is not that bad. I think it improved a lot. But the reason i am rating this three, that one day, it show me i have 5 tk left but, 1 day later it showed i have 26tk left. And problem 2 is when you recharge the meter you can find the result the next day. But overall i think this app is really helpful.

I haven’t seen such a nonsense App ever that been launched for an important Department like DESCO! It Doesn't show current meter balance even shows meter balance and daily uses wrong which is very much confusing. We recommend to settle those issues as soon as possible.

ABSOLUTE DISAPPOINTMENT The previous app is way more informative and user friendly than the current one. They should bring back the previous app experience for users. Also aesthetically the new app is inferior to the previous one. Interestingly my previous prepaid recharge history has disappeared.

This is a very poor app. And DESCO must upgrade this app for it’s customers. It doesn’t show real time balance. I cannot see my usages for previous months. Except balance check and recharge it works. Nothing else! Even the call centre people don't have enough idea about this app.

DESCO is a very good organization who take cares. If we compare with other service providing organization, it is the best in Bangladesh. App required a lot of improvement. 1. Should notify user when balance is low. 2. Balance is not showing correct value. My connection was down but it was showing 104 taka still available. 3. After recharge it should show the correct balance within shortest possible time. 4. Uses details. Daily, monthly and previous uses. 5. Should show slabs and prices.

This apps is not up to it's lavel. You could easily add few more feature, Such as daily & monthly usages record, emergency credit given & balance remaining, Realtime balance. Few advance feature are like realtime electricity consumption, daily & monthly electricity consumption etc...

Doesn’t show real time data for prepaid meters. Present balance updates by 12am every night. This is not good. Didn’t try the payment system yet as their previous app didn’t recharge my meters but the money gone to their account. Ridiculous!!

Doesn't provide real time reading of the bill.there's a long time delay Between recharging the prepaid card and actually showing balance on app. There’s much scope for improvement. but it is in the right direction.

Is this a joke? Everytime I put my prepaid meter number/account number it shows not found. If I put it as postpaid if finds the account but shows bills of last year when it was postpaid. But it's prepaid system now, why it doesn't find the account? I am sure this unprofessional ppl who built the app will never reply.

App working with data till 2018 then no update for Prepaid. Prepaid user in total dilemma, can not check balance after recharge.Moreover, after recharge no return sms from DESCO. I called them several times but no update yet. Without data this App is useless! Also need the billing system so that no fraud might take place in DESCO. Government should take care this issue.

Very bad currently. It’s unable to show status since 31st December 2020. I don't know why, but i think authority / app developer should inform us if they keep maintenance! I really don't appreciated while i write this feedback here......

Beware. If you pay through this app, it will take 1.5% extra of the billed amount under convenience fee. They should have warned before the payment that they will take extra 1.5% of the billed amount.
