Deseret 1st CU Mobile Banking

Mobile Deposit is not great. The auto capture for the back image is distorted and doesn't work. I had to try multiple times before finally getting a "capture manually" option which worked. Also they require very specific endorsement verbiage which wasn't clearly communicated in the process. It's mentioned in a screen that most users likely are going to skip over.

It is very convinient to be able to check my accts, do transfers, payments, and get information when I need it on the go or at home. For example, today I got a bill saying I was over due on a bill I had paid almost a month ago. I just used the app and saw the check had already come back endorsed and it was posted 10 days before the bill's statement date. I could quickly see the front and back of the check. No waiting for a bank statement to come or to ask for a copy of the check.

Mobile deposit is broken. Used to work fine, but now it just sits there and never detects the check. I basically use the app just for this feature.

I have been able to keep up with all of my banking information every time I log in. The only thing that I wish that I could do is pay a principal payment without having to do a regular payment towards my mortgage. I have regular automatic payments taken out twice a month. Some months I'd like to be able to make an additional principle payment. Every time I do I have to call or go into a branch to do a transfer into my mortgage for principal payments. Sometimes that's not convenient.

The Deseret 1st app just works. it does push you to view things they want you to see. just your account, an easy way access the different accounts, quick views of balances, easy transfers, etc. it's just a quick and simple solution.

super easy to use. The way I can get a snapshot of the accounts it my favorite feature. not only the up to date balances but ever the last five transactions for each account without having to sign in makes life so much easier.

you can only see about 6 transaction at a time on the screen, also if you view a transaction, it sends right back to the beginning of the month's charges. so frustrating & poor designed!

It used to work. But then it started crashing every time I would try to go from the account overview to the login page. I uninstalled and reinstalled and now it crashes every time I open it.

This is a good app. Simple and easy to use. Transferring between accounts, or mobile deposit checks is very quick. My one disappointment is that the app is not supported for my Moto E. It works great on my other phone though and I am very pleased with it.

login screen glitches constantly, making it difficult to login. other then that, I love the ability to do my banking from the app. the login screen is annoying enough to give 2 stars.

I find the mobile app useful and user-friendly.

Fingerprint authentication continues to have issues. It was working again at one point but now I cannot even log in as the it tells me I need to use my user ID and password but will not allow me to enter the info.

It's just really to have an app on my phone do i can check my balances, rather than havibg to open up the computer. Very user friendly, and overall just a great app.

You've got some weird new 2FA layout that doesn't work if you have more than one delivery method. Then when I type the temporary verification code and the keyboard opens, it wigs out trying to resize or something. It makes the app unusable for me. I'm on a Pixel 4a 5G with Google's Gboard keyboard.

I usually have good experience with it, but when I have problem with it, which is seldom, then they are always good at helping me out with any problems or questions. usually any problem has more to do with internet service than anything.

App is great. I wish it had better reporting capability

It's very handy for me. I liked it best when I only had a 4 digit code to log on instead of my full password. Other than that I've been able to do everything from this app that I do on my PC.

Amazing app for an amazing bank! I've never been happier with a bank or banking app. Runs smoothly and efficiently.

Easy to use; concise and accurate information; BillPay is awesome; mobile deposit is even more awesome.

Easy to use. There are a few times when the app freezes up but overall, I can do everything on this app.

To add your birthday you have to scroll back per MONTH for the past 60 YEARS. My finger got tired just trying to get past 5 years. No option to just enter the numbers

This app is great. I live out of state and I have access to everything I need. I don't know if they've fixed the issue with the bill pay but everything else works great.

Very rarely off their game or have maintenance issues. This is way better than the first app used to be by far.

Deseret first CU app has everything I could want on it except for being able to reorder checks. I love mobile deposit and that I can do transfers online and check my balances.
