Mobile Banking is a great tool for when you're on-the-go, Sensitive user information is transmitted via end-to-end Transport Layer Security (TLS). Sessions are encrypted and devices are authenticated in real time against a proprietary device signature. No data is stored and users will be automatically logged off after 5 minutes of inactivity.

Why does one "Community" bank need so many different apps to do the same thing? Here's what's wrong with this version and why I'm uninstalling it immediately. There is no way to log out other than to close the app and wait for it to time out. In my opinion, that's a dangerous lack of security. After researching and discovering all the other similarly purposed apps from Flagstar with their inherent confusion I now understand why when asked, employees could not tell me how to log out.
It gets hung up occasionally and I have to uninstall it and reload it. It works well most of the time.
App freezes when I try to transfer money from one account to another. Who is building this app? Nothing works!
This is the worst app!!! I have a chase account and it's way better.

After last update I can do mobile deposits and I don't live anywhere close to this bank anymore so I can't deposit checks. PLEASE UPDATE
Lame setup, it kept crashing on me as well. I went into the bank and they logged me into the website on a computer and did the set up from the PC. After that was finished the app logged in just fine.
Crashes during setup, completely useless. Although the previous app had limited features it at least worked.
Piece of trash app that won't even let me set it up because it crashes. This needs to be fixed because the old app worked perfectly fine. Don't understand why they have to use a new app that doesn't even work when the old one worked. Fix it or I'm switching banks

Works great! What an AWESOME improvement over the previous app! Not sure why it crashes on the other person's but it works GREAT on mine. This app can do a LOT more than the previous one and is laid it in a very easy-to-use format.

Terrible! Tried several times. Your app doesn't work. Went to my branch. The manager couldn't do it. Said she'll call and never did. Your online support said the same thing! It may be worth to close my accounts for this reason. I did online banking for 2 years with DCB and now this
