The app hasn't been working for a few weeks now and it's super frustrating. Also wish it would go back to showing us the free play we have available, because I can't always remember if I've used it already for the week.
This app is less than useless. Log in fails every time. I am 100% sure that I am entering my log in credentials correctly. If you are going to offer an app for your customers, you should invest more of that money you are making hand over fist to maintain it! FIX IT!!
I hit jackpot twice in the same week 1,400 on my birthday and 1,800 3 days later but it would be nice to get better promotions I spend a lot of money and use my card every time I play and last month I was getting 10 dollars a week free play and this month it drops down to 5 dollars free play I mean really? I got 10 dollars free play just playing my card one time at the del sol. the desert diamond I play almost every day and ten bucks is what I get vs one time play at the del sol. put out DDC!!!!
The app never works. Can never log in, only receive an error. The "new ane improved" app is even more useless than the previous one.

Had been trying to use this app for a long time found out this app is no longer in service you must go to (desert diamond portals) and that works it's a new app but you cannot download it on your phone you have to look it up every time but it has amazing features even tells you how much you have won or lost each year and you can print it off for your taxes
