Terrible! The whole company not just the app! I googled "design shirt online in Portland Oregon." This company came up saying they're in Portland, Oregon. After spending TWO HOURS trying to design the damn shirt, I downloaded the app. The issues and difficulties trying to design online is the SAME on the app! After spending another hour on the app and finally getting it almost right, I added to the cart to pay for it and see they're in NORTH CAROLINA! THREE HOURS FOR NOTHING! IM BEYOND LIVID!!

this is a scam you do not get any product and no response from numerous emails do not order from this company I ordered two shirts 3 months ago and sent 4 messages and I still don't have shirts or response from company I called and was told to email looking for refund for shirts or even the shirts
First, I was able to open a different customer's account by accident, view his shirts, view all his personal information and customers. I have the screenshots to prove it. An email about this to the company went unanswered. This tells me they were not concerned that I could see this. Not as secure as you think. Second I ordered one shirt on Feb. 5th, on a 2 week turnaround average it took them over 6 weeks to fill a one shirt order, my order showed complete 2 weeks before I received it. Before that I was told it would be shipped and it wasn't. I paid extra for 2 day delivery, got screwed by bad service. Emails went unanswered. They finally did reply. Told me my order would be sent but didn't send it. Customer service felt like I was inturupting them, not a happy bunch.The only positive thing was the shirt was printed nice and good quality. Easy to design. Won't order here again. Don't trust them.

This app is great. I ordered some t shirts and they came out exactly how I wanted.

On the user end... difficult. I almost had to give up on my design. Don't know if it's a stream, bandwidth, or software issue, but IMHO, frustrating to say the least. A huge latency problem. COOL products, just difficult to navigate through.
