I can't update this ? and the old version will not play on my phone, what is going ? I tried to uninstall & install 5x...still no game! - .. TY for fixing it, I am back in the game :) LOVE IT , but PLEASE when voting comes, put same levels against each other to make it a fair comparison.. I will always loose, when you compare my design against a level 80 ( i am level 28) they have the ability to buy more items! so of course their design looks better !! 4 starts until the voting become fair ..

Fun, but a few things can be frustrating. Trying to match styles such as sofa and chair is difficult when there is no match. So you have to settle with a different style or name brand. Voting; if the challenge is to style a Mediterranean room, some people don't bother to adhere to the challenge but they can still win the 5 stars. So if you can overlook those things it is addicting. UPDATE! Love the new changes! One is showing the match for a piece of furniture you've already put in the room.

Some of the items are a little expensive to meet the requirements for that design. But all in all it's an awesome game and so realistic, not like those cartoon ones. I still love this game but the internet connection lose pop-ups are annoying when my connection is perfect. It does that pop-up way to much. Players need to learn how to use specific designs with the filter.

I enjoy this game. I love decorating so this is right up my alley. It's very relaxing. The only issue is that the game sometimes freeze. Once it freezes, I have to log out and log back in. The grace is that my items are still saved but then I have to go back and make my selections again and redecorate. I enjoy the decoration challenges and voting between two decorating visions. Fun game that I do recommend. I would have given the game 5 stars if the game didn't freeze.

The game worked perfectly well at first, but now it's nearly impossible to finish a design. Keeps telling me to check my Internet connection and reboot, causing me to start from square one. I play 3 other games with no issue at all. I've spent $$$ on this game because I enjoy it. You're going to lose players if the app doesn't work properly. Update, the snafus have been sorted out and the game is working better than ever now.

My voting is based on the quality of design not on the quantity. I don't feel like I need to hang a picture on every wall because I may not have any. As long as the design I have completed is in good taste, I am happy. I hope others agree. 👍

I LOVE this game so much!! I've played for years! The only thing is for the special decor you need and really want to win challenges, but it's SO much! They don't give enough diamonds tho even if u get a perfect score. I've wasted 100s on this game! There is a feature where you can play other games to win diamonds but more than half the time you don't ever get it and ya I know it has to be the first time you download it and so many other stipulations. I've not received even half rewards!

Update- They seem to have fixed the issues the game is running smoother. Uodate- the game is getting slower at opening items and placing them. Many times ending in a reboot, even with 5g. The game is fun even if you don't spend any money. They give you enough to play as long as you open the app everyday. I love keeping up on the trends and getting to see what they look like in use.

This use to be my favorite design game EVER! But than I found an even better one . Don't get me wrong I still play it but have a REALLY hard time voting just to earn (5) keys at a time to enter my design. And unless it's the daily challenge that only costs 15 of your hard earned keys, the rest of them cost 25 keys! There aren't any really good money or merchandise incentives. Wish they'd look at reconstructing the design entry and NOT make it about voting to earn your entry!

App suffers connection issues. I have to tap, untap and tap again in order to place objects extremely often. Very frustrating. I do not have connection issues when playing with my other livelier/ action apps. Issues remain. Loading issues continue and they don't seem very concerned. Will give them a little more time after this review to address this issue. UPDATE, 05-25-22. Connection issues seem corrected. Could benefit from an alphabetic search filter under brands.

I love this game! It is addictive as someone mentioned, but it's definitely worth the time. For me it's more as a "chill-pill" and I don't see it as something that is "taking my money away". You can buy all things with collecting diamonds so there is no need to purchase items with money itself. It takes longer to collect them but at the same time it's just a game where you can explore your designing skills and/or improve existing ones. 5 stars for therapeutic experience 😁

A consistently good game, with hardly any bugs at all. There is clearly a great team of people behind it, especially with a whole bunch of new challenges every day. All the kudos to the Design Home creators, programmers etc. The graphics are really good & there is a whole lot you can play for free without paying for diamonds

The game is highly addictive if you enjoy creative activities and like home design. It can get very expensive, especially if you want to fully realize your designing vision for any given challenge. Additionally, the requirements for some of the challenges force you to buy items you may not like, and sometimes the need to use these items interferes with the ability to complete the design you had envisioned. But overall, it is a really fun game if you like designing homes.

I still enjoy playing. I'm mostly satisfied. Some problems I'm having are the furnitures takes a long time to display. What should I do with the items not needed or likely to be used again. I experienced one time there was like a closet cleanup or something like that. We get rid of items and get money or diamonds. I also feel that voting is unfair sometimes. I come across ugly designs that get better scores than the others that I feel are exceptional. Thanks for the opportunity to rate!👍👍

I reduced my ranking twice. I'm done. I've been playing this game for years. I love the game. But for years it cannot be fixed. No matter which Internet connection I use (and I tried A LOT of options, even through VPN), the items takes bloody AGES to load, and eventually, the app crashes. The error message suggests to check my Internet connection, which is perfect. I just end up wasting hours to wait till everything is displayed. It drives me nuts. I guess it's a goodbye for me. Shame.

I've been playing for about 8 months and it's been quite enjoyable so far. It's one of the few design games where you don't have to play mini games to advance and have access to quite a large catalog of items. Scoring might appear tricky but it actually isn't. It's all about flow, color coordination, and filling in the space. You win prize items every time you get above a score of 4 and get free item sets when you level up. It's worth buying the starter package, that held me up for quite awhile.

Lost 2 FB friends who have moved on to other games. Even with an occasional "free gift," players really cannot escape spending their own personal money OFTEN to compete successfully for a decent score. Annoying after 4+ years. With the economy's present state, one has to ask if you want to spend money on a game rather than something you need. Each challenge amounts to a question , "how much do I have to spend to get a competitive score"?

Love the concept but it freezes a lot. I did a download and played a game for free diamonds and didn't receive them so I msgd and was told I would be given them but never received them. A lot of the items don't have matching colors for the challenge requirements and are very expensive. You have to be super high level to have very many choices too. Once you purchase an item you can only use it a few times and have to repurchase it. Unless you put in real money it isn't fun.

No longer recommend. Been playing since lockdown first started in 2020 and was still going strong. Loved it, but it's become very glitchy and most recent update didn't fix it. Items switch in rooms after voting before you submit, and at times incorrect rooms are available for voting. Trying to make too many changes but not maintaining basic gameplay. Don't waste your time or money.

The game is fun, but only when it works. When trying to buy furniture, most of the time it buffers and never goes through causing you to have to click out of the game several times. Trying to watch a video to earn 15 free diamonds can take over an hour due to the buffering and having to click out of the game several times again. There are some days it runs correctly and I love it then!! If this buffering is fixed it would be my favorite game all the time!!

I like this game. It is a fun way to have a creative outlet. I like trying to decorate! The downsides: 1) Sometimes I find an piece of furniture that I really like...and they do not necessarily carry other matching items of the same brand. 2) Also, sometimes it is hard to match wood colors: I wish that was on the drop down search options! 3) I wish uou could sort things by price (when necessary) Very fun app though! I will continue to use it!

I have been playing this game since 2018 and it has always been one of my favourites. Recently it's become a major let down, the voting system is all wrong! I put effort into designing my rooms and spent lots of money over the years, it used to pay off in high scores and prizes, now I'm lucky to get a prize most times even though I've spent cash on items! Yet some of the designs with little to no effort and no decorations get higher scores. What's that all about?

Fun and entertaining. An outlet for my creativity! Update...Jan '22. So very frustrated with constantly getting messages that I have to restart the App. So frequent! At least once or more each time I design a room. I'm thinking of quitting this and finding another design app. UPDATE 5/9/22...I am unable to vote. Therefore, I have lost points on 2 homes..so far. I have updated, uninstalled and re-installed. Keep getting message that voting is not available right now. Do I get these points back?

Very fun and entertaining design game. The star is deducted because there's no option like wish list or anything to mark an item you like but don't want to buy at the moment and want to go back to it later. Another thing is I wish there'd be some type of filter to sort the items based on their prices and whether the price is in dollars or diamonds.

EDIT: The game has been freezing a lot and telling me to check my internet connection. Also, it seems like the voting isn't fair either. Several of my designs look like the winners and my score is much less. The game overall is fun if you like interior design, but there are requirements for designing the rooms and it ends up costing you money to complete the designs. Also you can only use diamonds to purchase art, plants and most of the rugs. They need to change that. A lot of things are pricey

Ok, I'm editing my review. I love playing this game. But it has been super slow , and then after the latest update it didn't work at all. So I deleted the app and reinstalled it. But now I can't log in. And every code they send won't work and starting over is BS because there are hardly any decor and furnishings when you first start. 🙄 I know it's a game and all, but I don't want to play anymore if all the levels I have are just gone.

I really love this game, I think it is the best interior decoration game out there BUT the connection issues are so bad that I may delete it anyway. Now there are new issues....whether I own an item or it is in the store I very often get the message that they "Can't find it in the warehouse." This is not acceptable. I am trying to be patient while they fix it but it has gone on for more than a week now. I fixed it! Deleted and reinstalled it....works great!

It's fun, but costly. Later, I'm still enjoying this a lot, but am thinking about trying to find a similar game that costs less! Later: Changed from four stars to one because I ordered and never was given the blue design group. Have to search if there's a way to contact them. For the second time, I ordered a large group and didn't receive the goods!

Expensive! I really, really love this game but I have spent money playing. They don't offer enough diamonds or are charging too many for each item. In order to design an attractive room, you often have to spend real money. It is getting increasingly expensive to decorate. They just came out with a beautiful package out of my price range and even the individual components up for sale add up too quickly. I may have to look elsewhere.
