Design Island

I have been playing this game for a while, now, but this week it has suddenly refused to let me in. I get to the point where the opening scene is onscreen, but then it takes me back to my desktop with a message to say it has stopped working and an option to wait or report but before I can press either, the message disappears. I have tried uninstalling the game, then re-installing but it makes no difference, so I have uninstalled it again and see no point in reinstalling.

Was fun a long time ago. Don't waste your money. Have over 900 stars and have been waiting for updates for close to a year if not longer. They just replay special levels and the developers don't seem interested in making this game playable after you finish the levels. Just trying to get newbies to spend some dollars without putting anything back into the game.

Suddenly game is not loading. I've been playing for years and this is a first. Game attempts to load but just stops and disappears. Fix this please!

Used to be a decent game however run out of levels, customer service is non existent. Kick's you out of the game and even the team you run! 15 levels over and over that are no changes at all. Stars you can't use. Bobbins. Ditched the game completely.

Fun, no ads which is nice and the decor isn't just one theme, they have modern, and unique styles. I personally haven't had any glitches. I found; To change furniture after already chosen, you press and hold down on whichever furniture it is you are wanting to change. For the skip button after the level you just tap the screen to skip. In the screen play you can "skip all" for the conversations, and that is in the top right corner of the screen.

Update: when you get to higher levels they become harder and harder to pass and it can take several days to pass a single level even if boosters, that you spend real money on, are applied. I love the challenging part of the game, but it's annoying to get stuck for earning a single star that doesn't buy much. Not so giving on the number of coins, but asking for a lot of coins to continue the game or buy anything. Any amount of coins and boosters you buy will be spend very quickly.

This game is sooo adorable! I absolutely love it! Just fix the glitches and freezes asap! And why can't anything be remodeled once you choose the changes? Fix that too! All of a sudden, this game won't play at all!!! I've been stuck on level 825 on the same move for over a week now and the game keeps freezing up! It won't play anymore! FIX THIS!!!

Not so difficult that you need endless in-app purchases to get through the levels. Compared to other 3-match design games, you don't waste tons of stars on meaningless tasks. The levels gradually become more challenging as they increase. Graphics could be better and it would be nice if you could see the island you are designing as a whole, instead on in stages. I have deleted other 3-match design games since downloading this one.

It's a good game. People are a little over excited in the plot but it's not too bad. Graphics are good too. It used to have a "tap to skip" button when the level is done. Now the button appears after all the remaining shots have turned into a rocket. I don't understand why. It's is wasting my free play minutes. Please change it back. Thank you.

So, based off the ads I had seen, I had thought this would be a different game then it is. I really hate the false advertising that I see a lot of in ads. This is not what I was expecting. If you're looking for a match 3, 3 design choices type game, you've found one! Congrats, you've found yet another one, like all the others. Graphics alright, you'll find the standard match three set ups. The one that was new to me, was the ducks. My advice: advertise the game for what it is.

Fun, great graphics/animation, relaxing. Iris is amazing and I love the various cats throughout the story. I wish there was a little more variety in decorating, but that's a very minor thing. Overall this is a wonderful game. That said, I have reached the point where I can no longer pass levels even with boosters and using extra moves so it it's time to say goodbye. I was hoping to at least get over level 300, but I recognize when I'm beaten.

This is a great game, but once you get to a certain level the formula changes and the puzzles become incredibly difficult. The developer told me there is basically nothing they can do to interfere, the user is to develop tricks on his/her own. I use this game to help distract my anxiety. I am Level 346. I have had to stop playing because it's too difficult to solve the puzzles and enjoy the storylines and design aspect. I'm very disappointed cuz it's a great game until you reach level 300.

This is much more enjoyable and smoother than other similar games. It's pretty straightforward and allows decorating without any silly side things that have to be worked for. Update- The new game update in May 2021 has lost all graphics. I have contacted company but nothing has been fixed. I was on level 700. Sadly, uninstalling the game since it isn't working.

All I saw was a black screen and a flashing arrow. No idea what I was doing, couldn't see a thing. Uninstalling. Ok will try again, it looks like fun. Thank you for getting back to me so quickly. I am enjoying it. Very choppy and so slow! Wow, really slow motion!! I made a tea while waiting for my level to complete. Maybe this game is not optimized for my device? I didn't see a warning, usually stay away from those games. Any ideas??? Ok so you just lost 3 stars...too bad. Nice game. Bye bye

Major loading issues. I just started playing this on an Acer R13 Chromebook. Every app so far has played flawlessly. This is the first game I've had issues with. At least twice or more during even just a few minutes game play, I will have to forceclose the app, as it just stops. The animations may continue, but the next level won't load. I've just installed the update hoping that will help, but level 43 just doesn't load even after update. I just see a square ring near the bottom, nothing else.

Wow love the graphics, and the game play! But the choice of decor!! Yuck! Dark, colors and lighting! Very Few choices! Sadly, I expected more from this developer! But if you fixed those issues! Bingo! Im Wow, getting better with every update, just wish you could ask more questions to main characters. Still too dark but decor is improving . Still would love more than 3 choices of colors . They seem to be the same but different hues , in every scene. Love the game play, Tons of fun!

I give up. Update to 5. Appreciate having Ads to watch now, it really helps as some of the levels can be challenging. Love the newest update! I was really liking this, but when it takes more than 2+ weeks to get through a level it becomes boring. The story line and graphics are a 5 star. Not everyone can afford to pay to play. Why don't you have ads? I would prefer a number of ads as opposed to playing 1 level for weeks on end. Sorry, but this has become very disappointing.

The game was a lot of fun. Like the graphics and colorful options. Whay is it that every game had to become impossible? Why can't it remain a mixture of possible and challenging. The fun turns to frustration and ultimately uninstalling the game because for whatever reason the developers have to strive for puzzles impossible to complete.

Edit: the frustrating lotto error appears to have been fixed. This is match 3 game is honestly the one I've gotten farthest on, I enjoy it very very much. I really enjoy this game, but whenever I'm having trouble with a level and it "offers" me a use of a lotto feature it half loads and freezes. I don't actually know what this feature is as it gives me an overlay of a few symbols and freezes. Please fix this

Now this is a game I would definitely recommend. It has all 3 options available for designing (some games make you pay in-game coins), there's constantly perks and coins being sent out, and the levels are actually challenging, but not so challenging that I quit and leave. I figured out if you chat to Iris about things, you get extra lives! I like the way they incorporated that as well. 5/5 ☆ !!

Developers make levels so hard you have to purchase boosters. I wanted to love it and gave the game a fair chance. The event rooms are impossible to beat unless you make a purchase. Some levels are so hard you need the boosters to beat them. The coins you get for beating levels are not enough to do anything. I do have several games I pay to play, I'm not willing to pay for a game like this as you would constantly be dumping money to beat the puzzles. I'm going to uninstall.

You are no longer my favorite game, its now my least fav. Previously levels were just difficult enough to be challenging but the last several uploads are frustratingly impossible to win without using boosters and buying extra moves. Its AWFUL! No longer fun. The lack of rooms to decorate is of course very disappointing but that is not even compensated for with the special mini challenges which need way too many tokens to do the minimally interesting tasks. And I miss watching ads for lives.

Indeed a fun, relaxing game, but by level 100 (took about 2hrs on first day) you will see a dramatic halt in leveling without the purchase of buffs. (I can't even get a level a day now!) Also needs improvements to the guild network, especially the chat system which never disappears even after new log-ins, super annoying! UPDATE: Last 3 days trying to get past 1 level, still can't pass it. Advertised as free, but nope, only download is free. Uninstalling.

I had at first give this game a 5 and it is but now I'm giving it a 3 because I have played this game a long time now there is no next level and not to think how much money I spent! I feel like that was a rip off I should get a credit! Update I'm not happy and disappointed with this come on!

This is literally THE best match game on the playstore. They are super generous with coins and powerups. The levels are challenging but not impossible. For once I actually really enjoy playing the match game just as much as I enjoy the decorating! There are lots of different rooms to design too; not just inside houses, but pools and cafes, etc. I love this game.
