Design My Room

I was playing this game for awhile and was having fun, and wham the game went from fun to disappointingly frustrating. So I stopped playing for awhile. Went back to play and set-up some rooms now the game just drops me off. I clean the cache out on both side in the game and on the tablet. Not the problem. So I sent a message, the came back to reinstall. Glad I didn't do that why because I tried putting this program on a different system and it won't even process. Imagine if I had deleted.

One of the worst game stories I've ever read, ever, and that's looking beyond the bad translation. Other than that, decent controls and graphics and a good user friendly control panel. I enjoy the challenges. However, it would be nice to have other ways to get more lives/gems. Maybe ads to watch or something. As it is, I can barely finish the daily quests with what is given or awarded.

The designing aspect of this game is great. Items are lovely and you can design quite a few rooms in a day. It takes a little time to save up currency for items but you get them through challenge rewards too. Plus you get currency through daily rewards. It doesn't take as long as the more popular home design game nor does it push you for money like that one. The story mode is an interesting concept but the English is terrible and needs heavy improvements.

I like it a lot, it's well thought out, it has a lot of details and it's funny. You can play without spending real money although it is increasingly difficult to level up, but that's normal in the games and you have to manage it. I put a 4 because I miss in the help a manual that better explain some parts of the game to optimize it. For example, do the "likes" received in the news influence something? I think not, only the "discover" votes. What does the crown that some players have mean? If you create a manual or a blog-style site I will give you 5 stars.

I just downloaded this, hoping it would be a great way to waste time. I haven't been able to even play it since there is a bug/programming error that says my internet connection isn't stable enough, I tried my wifi and LTE (both of which are perfect for gaming online and off), if it were possible to fix the bug or even look over the programming that would be greatly appreciated

I used to love to play this game. Unfortunately after last update it's to frustrating to even open the app. To many glitches, the game is freezing constantly, goes into black screen, it has to be restarted over and over again. Simply put it, its not my idea of a fun game. I did contact the creators of the game but nothing been fixed. On my end I did everything they suggested, nothing help. I'm going to try House Design and see how that goes.

game would be a five but recently I cannot complete a room due to it crashing while designing EVERY time. When I go back in I have to start over and it crashes again. I have trouble shooted every way possible on my end and it is the same. It used to work, so it has to be on the developer's end. I have written to them repeatedly with no response. I loved playing this game, but cannot play it now. I really wish they would look into this. It is shame, I loved playing it when it worked.

So far i like it. i have just started but its fun. you get daily coins as well as coins for finishing a challenge. Challenges seem to be pretty simple... ie 3 white items. The voting system is easy like or dislike. ( although i have not seen the outcomes of my designs yet.😝 I really like that there are a lot of options for accents that you can purchase as well as the limited edition accents.

I like the game and the challenges. but today's update really messed everything up. lost Both coins and diamonds. I also find that this game has started to drain my wallet. I don't like the fact the what you buy you only get to use for 5 or 6 times. I'm not sure how much longer I can afford to play. also it is very hard to come by hearts. I think the challenges should cost less hearts and the accessories should not be so costly. hope there are some changes soon.

You start out with almost nothing, and it is cumbersome to scroll down the items to purchase. I am a long time.e user of Design Hi.e, and that platform is easier to maneuver. However, a I'm willing to give this a try. It has great potential. I like that they offer many different venues in which to design, not only rooms in houses. I also like the characters that move you along, the little girl and the sophisticated older gentleman. I believe the game has merit and is moving in the right direction. It's early days yet. I was t to stick around for the blossoming. It will come; of that I am sure.

I love the game but the number of hearts to play is low and you get very little as rewards. Also I was reading the stories but for reason I cleared 8 chapters and now it's stuck on a blank 9. I'm afraid to remove the game and reinstall it because I might lose my progress. Overall though I really do like the game. I stopped playing other games just to play this one.

Really love the game and the overall concept. Not sure who is choosing the furniture for the game but you need another person doing that. Most of the furniture is not that great and that is probably the most annoying part of the game and yes the voting is way better than design home but you guys should look at design homes inventory and take some serious notes !!!

Really expensive game if you want to play properly. To purchase all the wall art, plants and other design elements required to decorate these rooms you are looking at appr. $10-$15 a week. The developers are getting greedier while not investing a lot of time into the quality of the game. There are better Design Home games out there that don't require a financial commitment to play properly.

A potential drain on your wallet, as you have to repurchase items you've already paid for after placing said item 5 or 6 times. You bought a lamp? Haha Not really. It's gone. It's fun enough, and I suppose games like this are designed to keep you paying to play, but really, only if you have the kind of money it takes to buy and re-buy virtual items repeatedly. Pay up to $99 for diamonds to spend on disappearing merchandise. I'll pass, but it was fun for a little while.

Really liked this game to begin with but since recent updates, it's all about money for them. Free to download and play but in order to win, you've got to pay. 95% of the nice stuff cost diamonds and a lot of them to. The only way to get diamonds is by the daily challenge or check in every day, otherwise you buy. They've also taken away the option to use money to buy some things. And if you win a challenge your % goes up a tad but lose one it drops drastically. Unimpressed.

So far so good. Been wanting to try DMR. Still need to play a while to see how it compares to another favorite design app. Update: DMR has become my favorite design app. So much to enjoy, and not too much aggravation. My old fave game won't even update graphics properly anymore. My main wish for improvements is more art items available for coins, which were taken away from us in a previous update. That's a negative, devs.

Fun, but increasingly pay-to-play. In this, diamonds are NOT forever, they are quickly used up. Difficult, nearly impossible to just play for relaxation for free. Frustrating and irritating instead of enjoyable trying to cope on budget. Nice selection, good graphics, interesting design choices by others, etc., so o stall should be a top choice, except for emphasis on purchases.

I hate the store - or "toggery" - challenges. I'm not interested, and even the top designs are a bore. It'd be nice to be able to skip them, without deleting the app. I got hooked on Design Home and hoped this would be better. it WOULD be better if we could choose actual interior design, as we most think of it... designing rooms of "homes". Anyone who wants to Design store corners, with limited resources, should have a separate game. It is ruining this one. Ugh!

I've been designing on this app for a very long time. Now the app is freezing and shutting down!!!!! It takes forever to complete a design because l have to keep restarting the app!!!!! Is anyone going to fix this? How about updating the app? Some more classy accessories would be a great idea; and how about the option of a lamp instead of table art on an end table. You guys really need to improve the app; you're letting it get stagnant. THE CONSTANT CRASHING IS A MAJOR ISSUE!!!!!!

It is OK as long as you have play money and diamonds. You get a good start-up pack but once you run out, if, like me, you make a point never to spend any real money on a game, you just cannot play anymore. The voting goes towards monotonous color schemes and results in aberrations such as store that display only one product, and towards those who fill all the spots even if this means hiding a beautiful mural under some ugly painting and looks like clutter. But at least there is no matching game!

The graphics are good but it could be a bit better . ( like a Real Design ) but every items in the store should be at a low prices and not that high.. I see that the game has a great concept but it could be a bit way better.. Like if it was in the real world and be able to add more items and features as well .. Such as , TV'S , STEREOS , MINIBARS , and be able to have accurate items as well and ECETERA..

This is an awesome game and really good for designers. I would have given it 5 stars but it keeps closing while I'm in the middle of designing and that's really annoying and frustrating. It keeps closing repeatedly before I can finish. I don't like that. Also furniture is so expensive and there are many things I can't buy. I feel so disappointed because these two issues prevent me from playing this game. Could the closing issue be resolved at least??

liked the more realistic choices and game play aspect was fun but in the end I gave three stars for the concept over the reality. the items are highly overpriced and without spending actual money to further your options the game is simply not worth it. it could take you 2-4 weeks to collect enough diamonds and coins to complete one room. the idea of a game is to lose yourself for a time in a false world where you can design things as you would like them to be. this doesnt allow for that.

Its just fine. It would be a lot cooler if you could decide where in the room you want your furnature to go, but its completely predetermined by the game. The story line itself is hysterical. Between the language barrier in translation to the completely alien way the characters interact with each other leaves you feeling like the whole thing was made and written by an 11 year old girl. Over all just another completely useless time sink. But it's just fine.

Just downloaded cos I wanted to try something different from Design Home but it's just too laggy to make it playable. Can't scroll up or down the inventory as it seems to freeze up almost imediately, and can't deselect after clicking on an item either. Ended up with an item I didn't want just bc I was trying to scroll through but instead of just deselecting it with a simple tap, nothing happened so I was stuck with it. Quit the game and restarted but nope, it was still there. And I couldn't move on to another room either! Tried everything but nothing worked so I not only got stuck with buying the ridiculous looking item I don't ever want to use anywhere, which ended up costing me a gazillion diamonds, but got stuck posting my finished room with the frozen unwanted item in it. The game itself does have some similarities to Home Design but it really is quite different in some ways and I might've been alright with that as it seemed to show potential, but since the app doesn't work, I'll never know.

I absolutely love the game!! So very additive, I also love all the different styles of furniture. The only thing is... I wish we could sell off some of the items that we dont use or was able to trade them on something different of equal value! There are several items I have that I dont/havent used so they just set there. Please give is the option to do that.

Out of 276 designs I've only gotten a 5 once. My design may look just like the others with a perfect 5 and I end up getting a 3 something. Possibly because the color scheme. The other app I go on I've gotten more 5's with less designs. I believe you have to spend money to be high ranking and to have everything for a design. The amount of diamonds can't buy much once you've spent the original amount. I do understand that they want to make money so they make it that way.
