Used to work great, and was a godsend... But the OS update makes it unusable. I would definitely pay for a new version of the app. I think a lot of long time users would. If anyone knows of a fix (even a different app), I would be super grateful.

Used this for all my home page icon changing and renaming in the past. Doesn't work on my stock 8.0 or 9.0 phones. Too bad, really liked this app.

Was working well but now I can't even add a picture and select it to do "nothing". It basically is forcing me so select an action 🙄

Can't figure out how this thing works or what it's asking for. I want to change the names of the URL shortcuts already on my home screen and was told in forums this app would do it. 1st too complicated as to what it wants. 2nd seems to only work for creating new apps shortcuts.

This was the go-to app for Homescreen customization, but now is plagued by issues. Popup ads are intrusive, icons disappearing..also, in choosing icons, this app doesn't order it in any logical pattern, making it difficult to find a specific icon..maybe include a search function or sort alphabeticslly would do wonders.

It's a great app to do customized widgets for your desktop but for some reason every time a video ad pops up after you create a widget, it makes all the other widgets disappear from my desktop. Designer, please make a pay option that is ad free and I'll buy it. For now I'll Hebert to try a different app to create my widgets.

I love the level of customization DVR allows, but with the update to Android 8.0, I can't place shortcuts from the app anymore. This is really frustrating because adding shortcuts from the phone menu automatically adds a background to images with a transparent background and widgets take up system memory. I hope that this gets addressed.

I loved this app! It was useful and made my home screen look great. Now, it flat out stopped working. I've tried using png files and icon files in a range of sizes, but they don't work! EDIT: I re downloaded it, and it works like a charm.

EXPECT NO HELP FROM THE DEVELOPER. The wonderful utility of this app is completely overshadowed by the hateful, obnoxious ad content that doesn't go away even when you purchase one of Bii's other products, like they asked. The UI is also very clumsy and awkward. Support is likewise very hard to come by. I feel hoodwinked. I love the product, but hate the company. EDIT: After it randomly replaced the icons on the objects I've built with it every reboot, I've finally decided to abandon this hopeless rickety pile of spaghetti code and went with a REAL Widget workshop, KWGT. Seriously, so should you. This app really is bloody awful. And the true shame is that what it does is so badly needed in Android for accessibility and driving modes. But... Holy moley, the execution here is just so bad that I'd give it less than one star were it possible to do so.

I'm not a fan of Xposed on Lollipop but I wanted an app that would allow me to take advantage of my icon packs I've purchased. I use OGYouTube rather than YouTube (because it's better), but I wanted my icon pack to use the YouTube icon on it. I like trebuchet launcher but I can't change individual icons (on home screen) with it. This allows me to do just that. Thank you.

Honestly I love the app. I've been using it since three phones ago. One problem I'm experiencing is that I keep trying to set up a new icon on my home screen but there's no picture appearing. It's just blank. I tap on the blank, the designated app opens but I'm not sure there's a point of having this app if I don't see the picture I wanted to see on home screen. I've experienced this problem since the very first time I got the app three phones ago. Care to try and fix it?

Creates home screen shortcuts with bespoke icons. Complex & fiddly for my needs, as I'm just creating shortcuts to files & URLs with downloaded pics. Advertising very intrusive, but ads can be removed by paid add on. Android 4.2.2.

Every single time I restart my phone the widgets fail to load. I have to remake them. I didn't do this on my other phone running LP. But my new phone is on Nougat. Uninstalling.

Love this, although on my newest phone (Axon 7) there is no longer an option for 1x1 big icon. This was of course the one I always used :( hope it comes back in an update.

Good app, but... I wanted to make a 1x1 icon labeled 'Google Chrome' on my home screen. The text is truncated literally to 'Google Chro...' and there is no way to change the font size so it would fit. I tried to change the overall font size in Android settings to small, but to no avail... Can we have customizable labels please?

Change the app icons on your phone to anything else you want, how cool is that? And without having to root your phone. Still exploring this app, it's got more features I haven't tried yet. I don't rate very many apps 5 stars, but this one is just too cool and a lot of of fun.

I really love this app, but there is one thing I wished it did or did not do. When you use an image as your icon, it resizes the image based on the size you stretch the widget. I wish there was a setting to make the icon image a fixed size or original size.

Whenever it plays video ads after making a widget it doesn't create the actual widget after the ad finishes, whether you skip the ad after 5 seconds, or watch the entire ad. This has become a frustrating piece of crap application

Get to set up my home screen with all hatchetman logos. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the ads.

No longer works correctly after last Android update. I'm not sure if the app is still being supported.

Used the app on my Samsung S4 Mini - was very satisfied. Now using a Xperia XZ1 with Oreo. Issue: When using s shortcut (the only way to replace dock icons) I have a little DVR icon next to my own custom icon - how to gt rid of that???? Deducting one star because of the issue - please reply and let me give you 5 stars :)

Thus app lets me customize my home screen so much. It's great and has so many features.

My apps change icons on their own to odd things. My Facebook messenger icon turned into a bird.

Does exactly what I want without having to use a 3rd party launcher. Able to change icons and text on home screens.

Has been my go to app for Android customizing for over 5 years and I have yet to be disappointed once in its operation and execution. Thanks for making such a vital app for designers!

Works well with almost no stumbles. Must have DVR crop to complete it (resizing pics). So far i've found this is the only customisable widget that can be added to the stock android ui bottom row (ie phone-messaging-apps widget row). Perfect if more customisable labels ~ note2 android 4.4
