Booked a hotel and was charged a cancellation fee equal to the hotels price after already paying for the hotel. Paid for 2 hotel rooms ($400) and got nothing. No refund, no room, nothing. Would rate negative 5 stars if possible. Do NOT book with this scam artist of a travel agency. Also this may be rated over 4 stars but its mostly 5 star ratings from unnamed google accounts. Its easy for them to rate 5 star themselves with different accounts to boost their own ratings. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS.
horrible customer support. my booking is not confirmed even after a week since payment. I checked with the hotel for cross validation and they denied that I have any booking with them. Destinia staff is unresponsive.
The transaction went smoothly. I was nervous after making the bookings and had doubts after the lots of negative reviews shared online, but it went great. I would consider Destinia when making my hotel bookings again in the future.
It's the worst company ever they will take your money. I booked my flight with them and when I went to the airport they told me that my booking is only till Russia and for that we can't let you on board. And I missed my flight and when I asked them to change my flight for another date they wanted to charge me more than the full ticket price
They listed our Guesthouses at a vastly reduced price without our consent. We've been trying to get in touch with them with no luck. So only options left will be to turn the guests away when they try and check in.
Do not use this app use Priceline so much better and I had to cancel my reservation due to covid-19 and they're not giving my money back. And I paid for the insurance this is such a scam.
Looked up Buriram on the app ..and all it gave me were cheap end hotels .. if I look up Buriram on GPS and select Amari hotel in Buriram you are listed as a provider and if I use the website no problem .. app ..sorry guys, rubbish !!
You just can't book a damn hotel through this app !!! Been trying for a week and i always get an sorry error message !!

It's not app but proxy to web site, and it fails when I try to book a flight.

Cheap as booked before no problem
Fraud Company, deducted the money from card and booking not done, worst part nobody reverts on email, nor call center lines works.

No customer service. Destinia does not respond to their emails. If you use their service expect no service or ability to manage any reservation with them as they refuse to assist in even the simplest requests and have no ability to change or modify a reservation they make and don't allow the hotels to make any changes to the reservation.
