It won't let me turn pages! My lord - at the prices for e-book in Title wave, the least you can do is ensure the app opens, stays open, and you can turn pages. Incredibly disappointed in this product. No troubleshooting directions, no customer service that I could quickly and easily find. You can do better Follett!!
I couldn't even read a book since after I exited the app it wouldn't let me back in when I wanted to read a book later. Very disappointed
Thx for the reply BUT the previous version was MUCH MUCH BETTER....it felt sooooo professional ...is there a way u can update it( talking abt version when it was app)
This app is ok for reading ebooks that my school has but the back button just exits the app and I found it unreliable. I do like how I can download books to my device but the problem is I have to delete it to use on my iPad so in conclusion this app is just ok
This is the suggested replacement for Destiny Quest?? I just want to see what I have checked out and be able to renew books. I can't see where this app offers ANY of that. Can't even get into my account in the app on my phone.

This app needs serious work. It is really frustrating because my school district purchased it and it houses all of my ebooks. Many times there is an error login, it doesn't save your place in audio books, and it closes unexpectedly at times. Teachers email me complaining and many have given up and gone to Audible. You can't plan your lessons around something so unreliable. Please fix this app!
Can't get the damn thing to open. It's our district's app but I can't recommend it to our kids because it keeps closing on me, errors. So frustrating.
Can't open it. The app shuts down immediately. Follett Tech Support tells me that is my phone, but I see by the reviews, mine is not the only phone.
This app used to work on my android Galaxy phone, but now it will not open at all. It gives an error message each time.
This app would probably be decent if it didn't have horrible loading times and didn't have a 50% chance of crashing whenever I tapped something.
Can't even log in. After install, it goes to a white screen. Will not load. Samsung galaxy 8
This is a terrible app! Maybe just the Android version is terrible, but I can't log in at all. It crashes EVERY TIME! It lets me get as far as "synchronizing checkouts" and then it crashes.
Keeps crashing. My students and staff cannot get on to access the books.
bad idea. it takes you to the browser anyways, so there's no point. I might as well just open up my browser to begin with and save myself the phone space and trouble.
