Destiny Knights

Very grind-heavy and stagnant. Looks good and plays well, but you'll be doing a lot of grinding to progress, and it never changes. It is now April 2019 and the game hasn't changed at all - no new events, no new things to do. It's just stagnant.Cute game, doesn't seem to be very complex in terms of get characters and level/evolve but can get confusing on stuff like crests and orbs and the various skills - only the red break skills are really explained (if I recall correctly).

Worth your time and then some. If you have played others games of it's type, many of the usual mechanics are in place, but they are done right. Battles are fluid and fun rts with pauses on skill use. Orb enhancement gets tougher as you level each one, but failure is never indefinite. Success rates climb with each failure, and you can watch the rate go up, so you don't have to worry about near-infinite failure attempts. Anyway, great game, great heroes, good story. Oh, you can also see how other players deck out their characters, which takes a lot of the guesswork out for new players. Highly recommended game!

This game is beautifully designed, with clean, fun game mechanics, and (in my mind) is nearly perfect. Pros: 1. Beautiful, unique characters with backstories you can get into. You'll find yourself having favorites. 2. Reasonable premium system. There are packages which give permanent bonuses (for life). I paid $4.99 for 2 of the packages and never had to spend another dime to achieve everything in the game. 3. Interesting character skills for use in every situation. Every character has a use, even the low (2-3 star) ones! 4. Every character can be maxed to 6 stars. Even your lowly 1-star skeleton (if he's your favorite for some reason). Cons: 1. As of right now, there are few options to discover new 5-star characters aside from paying gems (premium). Might change in the future. 2. The game is relatively new, and I would say the content is currently "light." The campaign is pretty short and there should be a lot more characters in the future. 3. The player base is light. It's hard to find people for your guild.

I love this game with great concept and graphic. But there are many things that make me a little uncomfortable and not satisfied playing this game 1. Drop items in an adventure or dungeon are always not match with the description of the drop item list. If in the description of the 3 star (***) item (crest or orb) I always get 1 star (*). If in the description we can get 4 star item (****) but what appears is always 2 star (**). I think the opportunity to get the corresponding drop item is very small. 2. There are so many ways to get an adventure key, but it's very difficult to spend it. At 7K, we can 'leveling' in adventure by doubling the key used so that leveling becomes faster and doubles the drop item too. But here JUST to make a 4* hero has a maximum level it will take a very long time. That's pretty boring!

The most fair microtransaction system I've seen in any gacha-based game. It's so easy to accumulate the rubies to buy things. Unfortunately, this causes a few issues. I had plot points spoiled by the Evolution mechanic, I had people who were supposed to be enemies as some of my best party members, and I had such overleveled characters that actually progressing through the game was trivial. It's hard to stay interested in a game when you're so overpowered the game plays itself.

This game is a beautiful, shining example of what a free-to-play game is. It's like Summoner's Wars, but fair. I'm absolutely horrified that I only stumbled upon Destiny Knights by chance, because it's kind of game I've been looking for for YEARS. I've been addicted for months now. The battle system is fun, I've never run out of keys, and its rock/paper/scissors dynamic rocks (pun intended). I adore the hard work that's been put into it, and greatly saddened that it doesn't have more players. ♡

The game was simply & perfectly unique: in overall and individual characters, skills in tandem with movement design, and honestly a very nice graphic design that mixed well with the art and didn't feel over the top. However, it just wasn't trendy. In my humble opinion, it might've succeeded had NetMarble focused on making this more of a offline/singleplayer experience. The need for most games, especially good looking ones like Destiny Knights, to be multiplayer/MMO is an oversaturated desire.

Love this game and all it is, but the recent update messed up a lot of things. Guild War is currently not working properly, some title missions have become unable to obtain due to the removing of the Julian and Yona dungeons being removed, and sometimes the special arena identification for the double or single faction is unable to distinguish more than faction and keeps showing error, I love this game, and would love it even more if these issues were fixed. Hope people who read this comment don't become discouraged to play it and give it a shot because this is a great game. As for the developers, if you do end up seeing this please reply and try to fix the issues mentioned. Thank you

I really enjoy the game so far! The visuals are to die for, but I have some ideas to make the game much more satisfying. You guys should add gold dungeons since (from experience) gold runs out really quickly for me. Also please bring back the ruby shop! Besides all of that make sure to cleanse your game from bugs, and thank you for tuning into my semi-decent rant!

Firstly there is a chap in your video you show while the app is downlowding who is super cuite!!♡ are you guys hiring ;). Okies so back to the game, it certainly stands out as I haven't played a game with these types of graphics. The games graphics are stunning and the tutorials are super detailed which help alot. So far I am enjoying it. There are a few bits which bug me such as the auto play you spent so much time setting up the battle system you should push people to learn how to use it. I always think a auto play button should be offered after you completed the quest frist time. Then once you have completed it offer a auto play button for the purpose of grinding. I looked at the packages and they are really expensive and don't seem to get a lot for your money. But the free gems for life is a nice touch tho so kudos to that. FYI for new players you so get LOTS of free gems when you start so you can build up your saving the world possy so don't worry -put your credit cards away. I find the characters very unique,I'm more of a final fantasy girl and love final fantasy characters as they look real but I have to say the characters are so interesting it's drawn me in and they are super cute. I look forward to see where this game goes. You done awesome wishing you lots of luck and hope your game goes far as you all seem to of put your heart and soul into it and that magic truly shows ♡

I've been playing, leaving, and playing again, and leaving again this game since it was release. The graphics and gameplay were good but i'm not happy having only 3 heroes on the screen fighting the enemies. They should at least put 4 or 5 characters fighting. They should balanced heroes, I can only see few characters that is capable of finishing some dungeons. Graphics and designs is amazing, maybe that's the only good about this game, sad.

Gameplay is great when the game is working. unstable crashing on BLU Studio X Plus running Android 5.0.2 after 1-25 minutes of playing(varies). setting changes do not solve issue. wish they would develop a beta version geared towards compatability/stability for users to try out if they have issues with standard version. potentially good game.

Hi, great game, loving all the moments. great interface, nice graphics. but can i request that for each individual monster, there is a button to remove them from any team that they are in? i have a hard time trying to find which team a particular monster is in, in order to remove it to use as food. thanks

The most underrated RPG game in the store. Top tier graphics and very interesting gameplay. The downside is it lacks of a solid community, makes all the guide out there are outdated. Also I don't see any advertisement in any platform such as Facebook or Instagram (at least in my feed). The publisher needs to push this game harder by making a lot of events and also promoting this game will help gain some new players. One more thing, please add some new updates! Same costumes, same maps :(

I loved the gameplay because of its uniqueness and easy-to-understand mechanics. I also loved the art style of the game, it really grabs the attention of the player but the problem is that the content isn't satisfying and because of that the game can get uninteresting so fast. I would reinstall this game again if it got more content and frequent release of new content to capture the player's attention like what Knight's Chronicle did to me.

At first I thought the game dev intro was cringy, but as I watched it I found it interesting. What I like is that you can level up, and bolster any characters, even the single star characters. I like the animal type characters, so I was glad to see a good variety, of course I'd love to see more in the higher tiers.

Never give bosses invincibility and damage reflection. Wasting 20 seconds running around in circles in a tiny room just because the boss' health dropped below a certain threshold is neither fun nor satisfying. The game does a terrible job at matching you against opponents in the arena and if you refresh you often get the same opponents. It's practically impossible to win against teams that ignore defense. Also, who decided to give a character both invincibility and healing with the same move?

I'd really want to give 5* but... Why make a unique battle system when you put auto battle in the game? Seriously. The devs seems to boast about how unique the battle system is in the trailer and loading screen. But it's all gone to waste because of auto battle :)) Don't get me wrong, I LOVE the battle system. But yeah, that auto battle tuins it all. Even auto movement ruins the immersion. Every single game thqt has auto battle should add "idle" in its description. Also the prices are so expensive. I'd buy gems repeatedly if it were cheap. But if it's like this, I'd better spend on AAA steam games. They cost the same. High prices makes the games die fast. Customers would back off as soon as they seenthe prices.

Great art and a fun combat system. This game gives you a lot of good units early if you save rubies for 10x summons. The hero management system is exactly like many other games out there, but it doesn't take away from the quality of the game.

been playing for almost 2 weeks now. The graphics, story, skill animation is really good but the only problem for me is how the dungeons is not f2p friendly. You only have a limited amount of entries in every dungeon(unlike some other games) and you need gems just to refresh. Not my type of game because of how the progression will take too long and Im not seeing any endgame stuff other than arena. But as Ive said the graphics and skill animation is really good. Uninstall until the dungeons can be farmed freely. Thanks anyway.

The first time I played this game I was amazed by its gameplay and summoning rates..the animations are also superb...but it gets boring as you progress in the game.. it is so hard to finish nightmare mode although you have many nat5's and good orbs and crests.. the developers are no longer updating the game and no new events... so i'm uninstalling it..

Very good (passive) game with auto, all those people that complain about not receiving enough 5*, I've been playing for 3 months and I have nearly all of them with spending between £10-15. All about patience and saving gems and not blowing it all in one go!!! It is a rewarding game and I am looking forward to the updates.

2 words, stutter fest. This game stutter all the time on Galaxy Note 8. Trying to clear a dungeon, stutter. Trying to play the Candy Crush style puzzle, stutter. Trying to fight the giant boss, stutter. Pvp in the arena, stutter. Reading character story, stutter. Leave rhe game on the main screen doing nothing at all, stutter. And I am not joking about the last one. Game itself is great but the stutter is causing the game to become an absolute nightmare to play causing players to fail missions and take a lot of easily avoided damage in dungeon and PVP.

I think Destiny knights holds the most graphics ever than any others netmarble has ever made so far. I'm glad this was a better choices. personally, I was studying Destiny knights behind-the-scenes how they made theses cute characters in framework. I was very impressed, how they took their times and afford to do so. Great job, reminds me, classic ff3 game with sailing ship.

Oh my God TERRIBLE. Complete cash grab and poor game quality for the prices of the packages. A slew of $99 offers right from the get go. Even has stupid cheesy cash grab slogans like "You can't miss out on this deal!" or "15k gems? Now THIS you can't pass up! All of THIS for $29.99!" Get real. Can you make it any more obvious what this game is? Lacking story line, completely repetitive... right down to the annoying music... OVER and OVER and OVER with little story to break it up. Rocks Paper Scissors isn't anything new in a game, and neither is placing your skills. This is literally just a poor attempt to get into your wallets and take your money before they trash this game in 5 months. Also... what gives with no sound effects in any of your cut scenes? Just poorly done voice acting over a simple tune. Really just bad all around. Try Honkai Impact 3rd if you're looking for a high quality game.

It's a superb game and I like the way you can control your character movements. Very generous with rewards. Only issue is when I'm collecting rewards for events it keeps freezing making me have to reboot the game.

When I got this game I thought it was just going to be a normal rpg game like many others but once I tried it out it really surprised me. The graphics and the system is outstanding and you have so many characters combination to play with as well. An overall very well made game!

To my surprise, one game by Netmarble that isn't bending you over. It's fun, very generous with summon rates and chances, has neat IAPs that give you things daily forever, and has lots of UI improvements (e.g. auto enhance orbs, auto arena, bad luck protection for failed orb enhances). Some of the UI could use some tweaking, like one tab of codex let's you collect all, but another doesn't, or having to go through lots of windows to upgrade orbs on diff chars. Biggest issue I've had so far are disconnects here and there.
