App could be a lot better but it seems the developers don't really care about the maintenance on the app, as long as they get their money. One thing I would LOVE to see come to the app is the ability to upload multiple pictures at ONCE instead of having to individually select them one by one it's such a pain to upload 30 pictures and to click 12 different buttons 30 times becomes tedious, I'd rather wait a few minutes for them to upload at that point then do what were currently doing....
Garbage app. It's incredibly slow. Doesn't register half of my presses, AND I've recently got this error that flat out doesn't allow me to log in 831: Null
The Destiny Mobile App has major issues with working in environments with intermittent internet access. If you attempt to submit a report & happen to lose internet access temporarily, instead of queing or saving the report locally until access is regained. The app will say lost connection & lose all your work. Causing you to rewrite everything in frustration. Secondly there is no way when attaching pictures to reports to do multiple slections. You have to manually upload them 1 by 1
This App is very helpful for our Organization , it's features and Reporting reduce our most of the time.
App is OKAY, but there's a lot that is extremely annoying about it... I'd rather spend 30 seconds clicking 15+ photos and waiting a few minutes for them to upload, than to spend 20 minutes clicking 6 different buttons and individual photos just to get them in the report. 🤣
This app has lots of connection issues and takes forever to load anything
Very average, and I keep losing reports when I add photos. Also, adding photos is a nightmare. The rest of the app is okay.
Whatever "updates" to the QR scanner were made make the app harder to use. If the scanner wasnt bad enough, it really tanked with the recent update. For the love of god, please make legacy versions available or at least make a build log with each build number available on your website. (the link for legacy is 404'd)
THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST AND MOST FRUSTRATING APP I HAVE EVER USED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE! my work requires me to use this app uploading pictures takes forever I have to upload 40+ pictures per shift which is going to be 50+ minutes of upload time total cant select multiple pictures at once has to be one by one which is stupid they need to make this app better for users considering it is for our jobs if it seriously takes me over an hour just to do my report is unacceptable. 0 stars
It was a 4 star, but went down to a 3 star after updating this extra step of having to wait for "Search Status" to say "Completed". What happened to the immediate results after trying to search up a report?
Thank you Team Destiny for immediately providing support extra User Id's without charge during the ice storm that hit us here in Austin. Without those extra users, we would not been able to maintain our reports to our clients. Not 1 client missed a report despite losing power themselves. They were able to view via their cell phones. interface cluttered and not intuitive. local storage of uploaded files persistent. layout could be better designed for use on phones.

Constantly crashing and makes work miserable
I have to use this app for work on my own phone, and it keeps causing my other apps to shut down, especially my music apps: Youtube Music App. Is there any way to fix this?
App crashes waaayyyy too much.. Sometimes it'll scan but most times it won't... Other stuff needs work too.. Administration, y'all need to reach out n ask questions so this app work flawlessly
The last few times i haven't been able to log in. It says: invaliid credentials. I have been using tthe same credentials for a long time.
app really need some work.. the interface is terrible and it kills a lot of data .. just pay my phone bill and using this app throughout the whole week ran up 3Gb of my data
App keeps crashing or won't allow me to go futher from one entry to the next, extremely unreliable.
This app is riddled with glitches. never fails. good luck uploading a video file.
Very slow it freezes when I'm logged in or logs me out n when not doing that it drains my phone battery very quickly.
kewl app if it worked better. needs an option to clock in/out without picture because that's where I always get hung up
Terrible app super glitchy plus all the reports save to your phone directly I deleted the app at 30 gigabytes.
Shouts off 4 to 5 time while taking pictures have to wait a while for it to restart
Does not work on my android tablet despite it being the correct version of android. App says it needs at least 4.1 I have android 4.4.2 on my tablet. Kind of annoying. Would like to be able to use my tablet in conjunction with destiny mobile and a keyboard. Does it just not work on tablets at all?
