The story narrates events that occurred in Philadelphia several years ago. One day, an unusual package arrived to the office of your detective agency containing a locked box. Shortly afterwards, you received a strange phone call. The stranger, who called himself "Jack", said that you have just one hour to save a man's life, and gave you a single clue...
But who is Jack, and just what is he after?

Game is great but needs some refining. The match 2 game needs an overhaul especially In the later levels. They should at least show you the cards before hand. Also if you tap too quickly to see the cards it will penalize you with a 5 second penalty. Ads are annoying because they hide the skip function behind your phone's interface. Special events updated every 100ish days which can be finished in 2? Really?? Could have been easily a 5 star if it wasn't for these reasons.
Lots-o-Commercials! I don't mind commercials, but one after everything you do? There's an option to watch for double the coins, but it states that the video is not available and to come back later. This is the kicker... as soon as you exit that scene, guess what?? YES! a commercial! The game has a good basis, and decent cases, but it gets quite monotonous after a short time playing. HOPE YOU LIKE COMMERCIALS!!
Great game and very addicting. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because after reaching a certain level the list of items to find changes language for some reason making it difficult to continue since I cant read what i am supposed to find. Maybe this is intentional.... maybe a bug that could be easily fixed. Either way it is frustrating.
So far so good, it would be great if you'd give a bit more challenge to find the suspect for every case, like puzzles, riddles and more items to find in every scene. I love it that we can lessen the time to analyze the clues with ads and it subtracts 30 minutes per ad. The money gained is to small so it's pretty hard to save up but with unlimited ads to watch it really helps. I just gave it 4 cause I just started the game.
It's a weaker version of Criminal Case. lots of waiting on timers. the items you are looking for are on the right. Great, my hand covers that when I am playing. which made the gameplay terrible. the 'while you wait' stuff you can do are uninteresting and has nothing to do with the cases. nope.
This game is very interesting, quick paced, and smooth running. Each case is intriguing, with new areas to explore, new people to talk to, and plenty of clues. It is incredible that these cases are founded on real life cases. That just makes each case all the more intriguing. Looks like I have found a new "favorite game"!
Very cool game.. Would be better if you could play with friends, be able to send gifts an power ups. This would make the game even better. ok I have to take away a star. I am a daily player, I love the game but I looking for more action. why does it take so long to add more cases. I have solved them all , now I just playing to level up in rank and in all puzzles. please add more cases.
great game, there are some glitches. Absolutely no support on these issues. Do you need a facetime account for support? I dont have that. Anyway, the timer stops when you log out, that seems pretty unfair. Prevents me from moving forward in the game. Also, game does not remember my signin, so the progress has to be reset each time. And that sometimes does not work, when i log in the next day.
Really cheesy, no mini games, allot of pointless things thrown in, but no audio for the voices of the characters. The note to be decifered on the back of the captains chair. It looks like a crossword puzzle, but no . .. Then of you want things done faster you use diamods for it. Everone hates when games do that. People pre-order fast food - why would u play a game that wants u to wait?
So far, so good. A face-paced game. Flowing, yet intriguing storyline. Conversations, although essential, are to the point... No unnecessary 'waffling! Tasks/puzzles are explained effectively and are appropriate. All items in the HOS are scene related... E.g: No blenders found on boat scenes, no buoys found in the bedroom! All in all the rating is (so far) justified.
Wonderful graphic and variety of mini-games. Though the game uses the same scenario / place, but items to be found are different each time. Free to play but if you can't wait, you can pay for gold and diamond to proceed quickly. Overall, very funtastic and addictive.
Good challenges, great graphics, and I love the variety of events. The developers have also done a good job balancing the ads to the in game benefits. I had a technical issue, and a live person chatted with me on Facebook, and it was resolved quickly.
02/25/22 Contacted tech support for the 2nd time. They were responsive at first but when I told them that it was about the Facebook login feature of this game, they no longer replied AGAIN. So disappointed. Oh well, I'll have to quit this game for good now. There's no way I'll have to repeat the game just to get my progress back when it takes forever to gain energy and to earn badges so that I can move forward. It was fun while it lasted. Bye.
its good so far. 2 glitches so far 1 is sometimes the words describing what you need to find are jumbled up making it hard to work out in the allotted time and 2 quite a few items that are shadow pictures of items you need to find are very difficult to recognise. I use a Samsung galaxy s8 plus thats fully updated software wise.
At the beginning, I liked it. The main story and the side stories are really interesting. But when I came to the part where I need to earn coins to start a new case or to go forward in the story, my interest and excitement went slowly down. Cause It takes a long time to earn coins. And there's not even an option to watch videos to get coins. And also you have to revisit the same places over and over again. Maybe I'm impatient but I got really bored. Uninstalled.
A captivating game with a set of good mysteries to solve. I personally feel that it would potentially benefit from some kind of character interaction! A series of multiple choice questions, to as the suspects. An opportunity to identify the guilty suspect. A more in-depth role involving police detectives. That being said, I am enjoying the game, thoroughly and I will continue to play.

Very disappointed that after level 4 you can't continue the main story without badges and then the badges require too much time to obtain. Thought this would be a fun game to pass the time, bit it's just another money grab game.
Jeez! Can only play two episodes before you have get not one, but three badges. I am willing to pay but not this early but this is a business, afterall. On the other hand, good graphics, okay controls, good story. While, I don't mind spending money it has to be more of a bargain.
Unnecessary subplots are role out so that you either have to play or pay (mostly) . After just 3 hours (roughly) I uninstalled it because it was getting irritating. Maybe a good game in the category but will require money to do anything substantial. Request to the editor to review his choice. I would have given it a zero star if possible. Hope they change the play environment.
This game is pretty fun, lots of things to do. The problem is some of the things are super difficult to find, especially the ones that are small. The pair game is absolutely the worst- why can't the items be exactly the same? How am I supposed to know a tiny sticker on a box matches the actual item? The scrambled word list is also too difficult. I'd get switching a few letters or whatever, but scrambling the whole word is a bit too far. Fun enough game but a bit too frustrating to deal with.
