This is a good program.I'm on day 6 of the weight lost detox and I was able to see results on day 3. My only problem is that the creators don't seem to know what a fruit is and what a vegetable is. For example, a tomato is a fruit not a vegetable. They also don't know the difference between a vegan and a vegetarian. For example, vegetarians eat eggs. All in all, this is a good app and I would recommend it.
I just downloaded this app. I have no problem with ant pop up apps. There is an abundance of info, meal plans and tips. The app is easy to understand, navigate and follow for your daily meal plans. It's definitely a keeper.
I can't find words to thank you enough for creating this app, especially for people who need to lose weight or clear the toxins but cannot afford it at the moment. Of course it would be better if there is more information about the food, like amount of fats, carbs or calories but it's still amazing and very easy to use. Thumbs up! Very well done!
I am using this app for past 4 days...And in last three days I have lost 2 kgs of weight..(and I'll update my lost weight on end of my 7th day). i really happy about this...and today is is third day for my diet, and for my dinner I had brocolli and beetroot, this is one of the worst combination of veggie...Tastes very different (I personally doesn't like it)...apart from this app is overall good to use... But this "diet make me very weak", so before start diet think that you r physically strong.
I've managed to loose 12 Lbs in 7 days just following the #17 pounds weight loss plan and going to the gym. I Think if there were better details into how much of what to consume at each meals I've would've been able to reach 20+. Great app tho and can't wait to see what else I can accomplish within the other sections. Ty this app motivated me to continue working on my goals.
i love this app so much i actually lost 7kg in 7 days!!! i didn't feel hungry at all abd i just smiled every morning watching my weight goes down. this app really helped me find a useful diet without starving and with results. also i love the way that i have a lot of information and that way i can be sure about what i am doing. also thus app helped me go through this diet by high motivation. i knew i will succeed. i hope it helps other people too and good luck ❤️
the best app for weight loss foods or fat burning foods. It also ends the confusion about protein, carbs...and if meat which is a source of protein is good or bad for body detoxing. Its a contradictory issue but this clears it up.
Hi Patrikat Softech, The app is very understandable & the instructions is very clear to do, if following this weekly diet, what am i to do with the unfinshed fruit/vegetable?, eg. I buy 1 pineapple and i use 1 slice for Day 3 only and no other days. Shall i store and freeze then follow the diet again for week 2 so i can use up the left over fruits and veges. I am currently trying to set up a shopping list.
Such a wonderful and helpful app...I really recommend it to everyone who wants to lose a few pounds or just wants to live healthier...truly the best
Exceptionally helpful, I love how I can calculate my BMI, get all these helpful tips and knowledge. I learnt a lot. Definitely will be using it for my weightloss journey starting in exactly 3 days. I can't wait to see the results

Great app..the diet definitely works and is easy to follow. I recommend it to anyone that wants to loose a kilo or 2 quickly and easy.
Very difficult to navigate. No menu appeal at all. Want to cancel and can't seem to get back into the site. Not impressed at all.
It's such an amazing aap and it's very easy to follow this diet plan because it is well defined as per week and it also explains different workout and also it gives many options, I loved this aap.

Really a useful app for detox and weight loss. If u strictly follow the instruction or tips given then you'll definitely reduce fat and you can see the change on the mirror .people can also follow the tips to increase the metabolism and bowel movement which prevents constipation

Just getting everything prepped for the 7days. A little confused if your suppose to do the detox first or just start the 7 day diet....and which one do you follow after the ential 7 days. But other then that love the recipe's, quick and easy. Love it

Too many ads. The ads sometimes take over your phone. Love the food plan though!
I didn't loose much, but I felt great after this diet, no bloating and no water retention. I used it to prepare my body for a weight loss diet.
I'm about to start the plans, so I dont have anything to say about that, but there are way too many typos. It affects the credibility of the eating plans. It really should get looked into.
Meals should contain the recipes. Has good ideas as long as you can just look up a random recipe
Just downloaded dis app. Seems to b helpful. Variety of options are given to choose from a particular category.The best thing is, U dont hav to starve.
although there are adds, there arnt many adds. this app actaully has some great information about how to keep your health up and cleanse your body from fatting foods. it even has some tips on what you can cook for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, it also shows you what you can make for snacks. the one problem "I" have with it is that i cant afford much of the food so its a bit difficult to use most of the great plans they have. other than that its great.
