After using this app for quite some time,i didnt gm receive any notification or sound of incoming jobs. I have to select 3 lines at the right top corner & select incoming jobs to see any jobs coming. How to fix this? Checked all setting was ok. I delete & re install the apps,came back to the same problem.
Excellent app, very easy to use and it caches the PODs if you're out of range until you get back in service. I'd love to be able to set taking a new photo as the default option when adding a photo as 99% of the time that's what I need to do. Having to select add photo, then take a new photo 300 times per day all adds up.
Would be better if can select multiple photo proof at once instead selecting one by one

a very easy and simple delivery management app with versatile tools and features
Works great. I wish I had a settings tab to change the apps detracker uses, like connecting to Google makes and connecting to photos. I want to change the photo app it connects to. **update** The last update has issues. When retrieving a photo from gallery, it asks everytime from where to retrieve photo. Shouldn't the app remember to go to gallery ? No option to pick my gallery as default storage place for retrieving pictures. Extra step, extra time. Not good.
Really awesome system. The app, web portal, API, documentation are all superior to anything else I've tried.
Horrible application, does not have simple functionalaties such as (client) if submits his/her delivery requests will have to re enter collection address over and over , 200 deliveries = 400 entries , what a joke!! Explained to their support online chat and their response was find another platform. What they are not capable of doing is a simple template that will have addresses saved . Simple
Using in app camera function to take photos as POD.. The response of the camera function in app is v slow. Approx 2 to 3 secs response time before an actual picture is taken compared to camera response out of app of approx less than 1 sec. Pls work on it... Thanks
Updated the app 5 hours ago. When wanna use for work the app doesn't have any phone number provided as what it supposed to be. Have a very bad experience on this current update. And has give alot of pro whenever i wanna called cust. And photos taken frm the app no longer be able to retrieve it frm gallery anymore. Pls look into tis matter urgently. My company drivers all is using tis app. Thanks for the immediate action taken to resolve the issue. Appreciated.

Forced to use this for work. Navigation NEVER returns the correct address and it drinks battery quicker than my phone can charge. Stay away from this app.
Hope can add on a new function to select multiple task which is of the same recipients , and also hope to have a new feature where we can save the photo taken as POD , just in case when have any dispute we can have a photo proof to retrace back
The font size for the note taking is too small. A bigger font size would be great.
Absolute garbage. Every time it updates it gets more bugs.
Very good app but unable to take photo from detrack app, therefore cannot upload it. Please fix the problem.
Useful but cannot rearrange when time slot not in sequence plus GPS not accurate with address input too

We love this app, over the past 2 years, the only issue we have is not enough customers to show it off too, YET! But soon enough. Easy to navigate, and covers your process from beginning to end.
