got tickets and they loaded to the app fine but when they were scanned at the stadium the scanner had an error. this was common enough that they had another area with a long line just dedicaded to app errors. the first response was to just text the tickets, which shows that the app is unnecessary and they had to develop workarounds. get your systems in order before making people use the app. I would've happily just printed out tickets lile has worked for years.
It's great for keeping up with lions news but it could been better laid out and organized. I thought the old version of the app was easier to navigate and find things
I love that the Detroit Lions team make me feel like I'm part of a team. Keeping up with the latest stautes with the players and coachs. Seeing what the team is going through and how they make the fans be apart of Detroit Lions.l love being in field is a wonderful. The lay of the field and how it's looks is great. The parking is nice and the venders is nice and thw staff ate very helpful. Buying me tickets was nice, but seeing on phone and using my phone was great. I'm likng that. Thank you.
It used to work ok. Now the login using ticketmaster no longer works. It just refreshs back to the login after attempting to login. No error message, just like the button is a refresh or something.
This app is the worst. My tickets wouldn't load when trying to get into game. Luckily my tickets would load on ticket master. Even though they wouldn't scan since it was QR code they still let me in luckily. Very disappointed that the lions make you use this garbage app. I would have paid extra for paper tickets but now I have to be stressed out using this app
Well, I had the app before but on an older phone but am trying it again on a newer model. So far it is disappointing that the position depth chart is missing linebackers and safeties. Come on man!
This used to be a pretty good app....until today! I Can't open it, it says it needs to be updated but there is no update. Tried to Uninstall and reinstall, that didn't work either. One more thing, MY SEASON TICKETS ARE ON THE APP!!!!!!! FIX THIS NOW!!!!!
This is a wonderful and informative app. I love the news feeds and articles. Mike O'Hara is my favorite sports writer. Most of all I love the Drtroit Lions and want nothing more than to see them succeed. I so hope I get to see them this season at Ford Field. One Pride!
Complete garbage. Kept resetting as I moved throughout the stadium and caused me a lot of problems trying to get to my seats. And once I got there I discovered that this terrible app had drained over half my battery.
Terrible app you need about 4 or 5 different subscriptions from different entities just to read about 90% of the articles. I'm deleting as soon as I'm done saving most of you from wasting your time.
Required use for season tickets, crashes with some regularity. Most annoying is notifications that occur in spite of being disabled.
Its great when it works, its been full of bugs from day one. To bad cause it really is a good app otherwise
Love what they have, the videos, the pressers, tori's take but the app crashes all the time. It gets to be very annoying

Very informative, has great photos, and many features. Lots of features in this app which makes this Detroit Lions die hard fan very happy.
Very troublesome and extremely unorthodox and inconvenient. This is a profesional football team, id expect something that didnt malfunction so frequently.
Transfer tickets to text makes me mad because it wants to send only to email. Don't like it at all. Have had season tickets started in 1979. Tickets in hand are best.
Audio between reporters and coaches varied too much and you missed most of the content of the response because you didn't always know what the question was.
Worked well, then it didn't. At all. Keeps closing no matter what happens. I've even tried to uninstall and reinstall the app. No luck.
App freezes on second opening screen, requires you to open close and reopen to use the app. On the second opening it will bypass the first 2 splash screens.
I am alliance fan I have been Since I was 12 years old, And a state 590 miles from Detroit This app Brings me closer to the team I lovea. I have 3 different apps about the Detroit Lions All 3 are pretty equal so I can't really compare.
Not amazing, but a good resource for schedules, scores, and official news from the team.
Best to use @ stadium. Different camera views and video feature work really well during game time. Just wish it made video available sooner.
Love the content, but crashing like crazy....5, 6+ attempts to load beyond Welcome screen. Please fix ASAP!
It constantly puts a welcome screen talking about new features on the screen so you can not use the app. You would hope after using the app over 100 times that would stop. It is very irritating. Unfortunately its the only way to get lions perks or access tickets. It seems to be working much better in 2020.
