I have a subscription for both the magazine and audio but cannot download either of them with the app. Instead I get a "purchase issue" message. It seems that every few months there is some problem with service, which is becoming very tedious and is probably coming to the time for legal recourse.
One moth already after the activation and the subscription was never activated. The service team gave me a redeem code to use limited functions of the app for one month. But they fail to activate the subscription. A Fair review on the app would be 3 or 4 starts, the content is good but for the price of the app I expected more. And the service team... Sorry guys but your IT team cannot solve the subscription issues (at least not the one I faced). So I have cancelled the subscription.
The contents are good but the app is the worst ever. The audio trainer page is not helpful at all. I can't open the issue on my tablet. The app keeps freezing with white screen.
i wanted to have just a subscription for the monthly magazine. instead i got a letter from them that i need to pay 178€ otherwise they will get me to the court. i managed to reach them and they told me that i can pay a small amount of monezy to cancel my subscription, i paid as soon as i received the invoice, and 2 weeks later i got an invoices for 110€ to pay for something i havent even choose to buy. i am trying to reach them via phone and email but no luck. i though you were a serious Company
It is an extremely unfriendly app to use and it is basically impossible to navigate period after you sign up, the company does not get in touch with you to tell you how to use the app or access the content. No ability to log in, no recognition of username, and other problems.
Do NOT ever give this company your credit card number! They started charging me for a subscription that I am 100% certain I didn't sign up for. I only bought a single PDF of their magazine. The price was clear and there was nothing about signing up for a subscription. Now this month they charged me again!
After calling I was able to sort this out and it appears to be an issue with the credit card payment. Still it has not been a straightforward process to get a subscription. The articles are really nice so I'm will to work it out.
Absolutely nothing work properly in this apps everything crashes while using the app instead the website works great also the other app wort des tages work so good.
Unacceptable! Should be shamed! Purchased issues are not shown at all: a spinning wheel keeps running!
Horrible. Do not download this app. It's a scam!!! I recieve a letter from them that I have to pay 105,40 euros or else they will get me to court. They also charge me and I didnt even agree on a subscription. I only tried the free trial. Now I have to pay for something that I didn't even want or bought.
I AM FRUSTRATED WITH THIS APP! Nothing is clear how to manage it. The team only sends payments, I can't figure out when I ordered anything. They only threaten in case I don't pay I will have to deal with there lawyer. Awful service!
Audio files do NOT download for android 11. Support will direct you to browser based zip files. For any new phones avoid subscribing to this App.
Hello, I depend a lot on the deutsch perfekt magazine, I have a problem, It can't work on Android 11 system, why please, can it be supported by Android 11 easily?
The app is NOT working on my new Samsung Galaxy Tab A7. I'll change my rating to 5-star if you can make it work.

My issue remains after months: I have a subscription to the audio and I cannot download the content. I am logged in. And the past issues that I downloaded a while ago seem to be gone. Now the app tells me to buy.
Update: I had problems with turning on my subscription on the app. Now I unsubscribed from a journal (not for the reason of the app, but because I don’t need to read the educational literature on German anymore). Now all the previous issues of the journal that I bought are locked off as well! This app is a disaster...

I registered for a 3 month subscription but i cannot dowjload audios
NOTICE! That if you order their magazine for a free trial they will automatically charge you for the following ones without you asking for it and without giving them a payment method!!! ( They charge for 7 magazines at once!) Make sure to let them know that you do not want to keep getting magazine. Deutsch perfekt, It's quite a shame cause the magazine it pretty good. Very disappointing.
