The second account never gets update. There must be a button to pull newest transactions. Other bank apps have so many features for multi bank accounts. You have only one preview feaute and it doesn't work 🤦♂️ I can't even save 2 different accounts credentials to login easily. Please improve at least one of those features soon 🙏
Great app but crashes and makes me restart my phone due to incompatibility with 1440p-screens. These screen types have been around for years already, how is this a thing?
Looks good and thats it. Every transaction takes at least a full day to process, so in the meantime should we keep written notes about the transactions? Really...

The app is good and very friendly to use. English can be included in all the menu options and message box as well.
App used to work fine on my old Huawei P10. Now, I've switched to a Redmi Note 11, it always crashes out after the Trusted Device screen, no matter which option I choose. What's up?
one of the worthest bank apps I have used. Spendings appears after day or two, half translated to english, strange usability, reqires photoTan etc. But have no other choise to use with db.
Does it job. Would be nice to have all the functionality of web app in mobile. Also English language support would be great.
The app doesn't scale properly on 1440p resolution screen and the sides of the app are deeply cutoff as if displaying inside a window, but worse. It is completely unusable at that resolution! Also, the saved transaction templates from the website aren't available in the app, and likewise the ones from the app aren't available on the website. It is such straightforward thing that should just be there but it isn't. Otherwise in terms of features it does pretty much what is supposed to.
I'm trying to set up the app on a OnePlus device, and every time I get to the "trust this device" part the app crashes and I get an error message saying a technician error has occurred. I've uninstalled and installed the app again several times, but the result is the same. Never had this problem with other devices, so I'm starting to think that the app doesn't work on OnePlus. I'll happily change my rating if I get a chance to actually use the app
After entering all the information needed for a transfer at the end of the transfer process I gott " action cannot be completed" and the only action I can do is to cancel the transfer - nice! I tried to start over multiple times. I thought- my internet service provider is somehow fault so I switched to mobile and once again - nothing. At the end I had to sit on the computer and do everything from there. Obviously there is some problem and I don't want to be a beta tester of the app.
Latest update (1.14.0) completely broke the app. Suddenly says that my phone is rooted, the app shows a "technical error" and as a result it's impossible for me to login. EDIT: Thanks for the response, I am now able to login, however the procedure is still cumbersome: useless TAN screen for a device that's already active and verified, very confusing; problems with fingerprint login, pin login, multiple restarts needed. Things should be more streamlined, especially for non tech-savvy people.
The app was quite good, but there's now an important bug. When doing a transfer with PhotoTan, the "Generate TAN" button stopped working (I get a white page ajd an error message). It used to work when I last used it ~1 month ago. Without this, transfers are hard to make and this app isn't useful. I'll update the review once the bug is fixed.
Very Intressting app. Really easy 2 use and no problems till now. The app close it self after being not open for a while and you have 2 write everything again it's good u feel safe. I find it very easy 2 use even if is limited. I think it need still improvement. Thanks for the hard work it very easy I recommend it for students especially for international it is very practical. Can can sent receive do the tan and every cool stuff with the phone. It has some stuff that I didn't figure out.

I got an advertisment today for a large streaming provider after the login. That was after a technical error was indicated for the previous attempt. That's an absolute no-no. My security and fraud alarms in my head went off. Please never do that again. Generally it's an OK app, nothing special, but gets the basic job done.
You have built in an ad/promotion for an Apple music 4 month trial INTO MY BANKING APP??? It even has a notification (a big red exclamation mark!) that does not go away even after clicking it once. Should be out of the question that this is acceptable inside a banking app. You cannot be serious... I just can't. (btw the app itself is passable at best, had some reliability issues before which is highly annoying. Maybe get your app stability right before adding literal trash ads into the app
Hi, from the past 2 weeks I am unable to transfer amount via the app, as soon as I click on execute option for generating photoTAN a white screen appears simply and no progress is made. It stays like that and later shows some error occurred. This came also to my friend who was trying to transfer the amount. Can you please verify and help.
Wonderfull app. easy to transfer money. Any time have the access to check the account balance. I pay my house rent, utility bills, internet bill using this app. Instead of, visit the web portal and then add the login details to access the account, its just one click away on this app. The best part is you can create your transfer template so you dont need to add the account details to transfer money everytime . My experience is AMAZING!!!!
Perfect experience using this app anywhere around the world. I strongly recommend it to everyone. To have a nice experience, go to the bank and have all the necessary configurations done for you. This can only be possible if you request for the photo tan which the bank will help you scan and configure in your account and some settings done for you.
Very bad user experience: although the application does what it supposed to do, it looses activation after every version update. You need to find a paper with an activation QR code, scan it and go through the activation procedure again and again every time. This is especially disappointing when you do not have that paper at your fingertips being abroad or on vacation, and your accout gets literally blocked because the app lost its activation again. Can't imagine so not reliable banking software.
Works as intended. Though I do have a very irritating problem on my device with this app. It doesn't work properly when I change the screen resolution of my Galaxy S9+ to 2960 x 1440. The app is hugely cut off on all sides in that resolution and is completely unusable. I like my sharp high resolution screen but I can't use this crucial app with it. Shame. I can't upload images in a review otherwise I would post a screenshot. Please fix this. Thanks.
Doesn't work. Using this with android and for months this happens: I log in, it comes up with the option to trust this device or use phototan to log in each time. Whichever option I choose, it then comes up with a white screen and nothing happens. Update 08.11.: Tried the suggestion by developer but both apps are up to date and it still comes up with the white screen when trying to log on to online banking.

App is nice, id prefere more options to be available in english.
Its much more easy than going into chrome and log in, one can use fingerprint to do just that. Shows your balance and transactions in a quick view and using photo TAN is also a great advantage. just been using it for a week, for now five stars are appropriate, maybe later will decrease, but hopefully never :-)
Having experience with other online bank apps (especially from other countries) I cannot say that is app is good. It looks very strange. It is hard to understand what is a debit and what is a credit. The UX of the app needs improvement as well the UI. About the services, I cannot understand why a debit transaction takes three days to appear in the app since the bank was able to check my balance right in the moment I made de payment. I cannot understand why I have to pay for an instant transfer..
