Earlier for PG/TENNANT verification This app was very helpful for me and makes the verification very easy. But now we can do only tennant verification of Uttarakhand peoples, other states Tennant verification is not possible because districts of other states are not showing. Please resume other state Tennant verification.

Sir, This app is not working when we upload tarent verification information.After filling all details several times it didn't generate any message either data is uploaded or not. Always it show begging screen after submitting final form . Kindly resolve the issue.

In PG/Tenant verification section this app is not working. After filling form several time it didn't generate any message or receipt either the form is submit or not. After submitting final form the screen is begging and send back to previous page. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Not good, I applied PCC through this Application three times and also visited police station so many times but not able to get PCC, I also did all formalities required by police station, when I check my status it's showing rejected without mentioning any reason. I am very disappointed and unsatisfied from the service which is providing by this application.

Why we are not able to fill other states address in tenant address for verification. The app is showing only one state which is uttarakhand for filling address.

In place of tenants district it always shows districts of uttarakhand for every state. The bug has been there for sometime and has not gotten fixed thus making the app useless for verification of tenants tha are from states other than uttarakhand.

Doesn't work at all. Always says that Document Upload is mandatory, even after selecting req documents. Classic government app.

Whenever I am applying for police clearance certificate it's showing always error & I really need this certificate for my job. I have only option applying the police clearance certificate is online because according to the thana pantnagar they are saying you can't apply offline you have to wait for this problem but they don't understand i required this certificate immediately because I cannot join company without this certificate

App is very bad, not able to update tenant form. unable to select other state in permanent address. Pleased fix asap

App is good and easy to use but in this app we cannot download the tenant verification pdf format whenever i click on service request number the file is not downloaded plz solve this problem... Thank u

Sir We are unable to select the state, District while selecting in the address field in the app and website too. While doing TENAT VERIFICATION for the tenants belonging to some other states. Kindly resolve it...

I have tried to register myself more than 10 times each time i am not receiving OTP. Please fix the bugs, there are hell lot of bugs in this app.

I have applied for the police clearance certificate. Now very other day i want to check status i have to logout the application and login again it's very frustrating.

When I am selecting UP state forr permanent address,After that I am not able to see the list of the districts of UP,Instead of UP districts,The List of District is been shown of Uttarakhand State. Kindly fix it as soon as possible.

I installed the app in two mobile phones and same error is happening in both of the case. While for police verification as a tenant, after filling long form and submit, it say invalid session and automatically logout you. Again login and fill and again invalid session and logout. And this thing keep on happening again and again. It has become frustrating.

Unable to select state in tenant verification while filling the permanent address of tenant, earlier this option was active but now only Uttrakhand is reflecting which cannot be edit. S resolve the problem.

I wanted to report my LOST card. But NO options was there to report my lost card. In LOST PROPERTY Tab one more option Viz OTHERS should be added. So that one can report a lost item. Second thing It is Asking applicant adress whereas it is already added during registration. It should Provide an Option that address is same as registered or changed. And this would be very useful and time saving.

Tenant Acknowledgement does not download, tried so many times. Please if any body have solutions Try to help.

worst ever app, the moment i try to upload any address proof for tenants verification, yiu can't sybmit it. Even user registration doesn't work as well. Tenant verification feature itself is flawed and not working at all. tried multiple times crashed everytime.. zero 🌟 app. May be this app development was given to some third class company or just an another corruption opportunity.

something is wrong with the password option. I followed all the given instructions but then also their is an error in creating my ID . I'm not happy with the upgraded version. It's a request please do update it.

The app is not working daily I try to do tenant verification but it doesn't work and somehow if you manage to do it the form can't be downloaded as the app says unable to connect to server. The department should do anything regarding this flaw as this is the only way for tenant verification and it itself is not working the previous app was perfect don't know why it was discarded please do something.
