Too many apps, this cell ph. Is a nightmare to use,the phone does not ring when it should. I don't want yahoo, displays and configurations are on my home page that I did not access/request, I have tried to remove it.

Cannot delete unwanted and/ or expired widgets. Advised method does NOT work on my moto e7. Should be an advance warning - with a yellow triangle - to warn customers about this bug. No sign of it being fixed

Phone stops working after 16 months. Get it going at store. Weeks later same problem. Store doesn't hire enough people so no one to help. Can't get thru on phone with company help. Shouldn't sell phones for hundreds of dollars. That are useless less than two years later.

2/5 do not find touch hanging n ghost touching issues resolution... afterall touch is the most important thing in every device.

It was working fine til a few days ago when it randomly minimizes apps when I'm using them and it's happened several times in the last 3 days. Is there some way to fix this because between it minimizing apps, my phone is lagging when loading apps and websites and will lock up 6 or more times a day.

So far I find searching for help on a subject is difficult. I'm expected to be quite computer savvy to sort the issues out. I can go directly to the help section from an app, but I find it quite difficult to keep the "help" section open, and go back to the app and fix the problem. I'm also finding it very difficult to NOT USE Google based parts of the system if I don't want to.

For some reason since the last phone update this phone minimizes apps while I'm in them randomly. I'm not the only one, I've looked online and see lots of forums but no answer to what is causing it or how to fix it. Just now while typing my keyboard disappeared. I'm so frustrated. I have cleared cache, I have freed up a ton of space. Nothing has worked.

I've been begging from for help and emailing and I still haven't got any it's been over a week. What is really going on with Google Play or Google, t-mobile, m e t a?

The app is useless. It crashes Everytime I hit the 'free up button' and says storage manager has stopped working. Yeah, I can see that. Worst part is I can only disable instead of delete the app on my Motorola. So I'm stuck with this worthless app until I get a new phone.

Why does Google think it has the right to read the contents of a person's SD card,make phone calls on your phone, read your messages and emails, modify any part of someone's phone! HAVE THEY NEVER HEARD OF "PRIVACY"!!! The more I learn about Android Phones the more l want to throw mine in the bin and return to using 1 of my old Analogue Phones! "GOOGLE YOUR TOO BLOODY NOSY"!!!

I have a staljer issue they jave install numberous apps for device help, keyboards, games, wallpaper and ROOTS that i can not get off my device . . ive got new emails, new devices, changed my password repeatly and nothing helps they keep reinstalling the same custom build system thats has false certificates registered to Apache 2.0 some dated as far back as 1991

I've never updated this. I'm glad I haven't after reading reviews. This app is of zero use, saving to go back to Samsung! The sooner, the better. These app creators do not take care of their application by fixing the issues so many are having! They collect $$$ on delivery when they created it but it's pretty clear that's where it ends with the creators. The app is a mess, do not update! Unless you want more issues than before.

There's a bug on the 'learn' screen. Was working ok a few days ago now when selected just comes up with HTML text. Have restarted phone and still showing this HTML text. Unable to use the 'learn' screen until fixed. Did the hardware test as well but to no avail.

After updating today, Nov-6-18, app states can't find IMEI! Seriously! Very oddly, does not show in app list! States cannot connect to internet to see privacy policy before my having to agree to it despite phone's internet access working fine. Rolled back (uninstall) to before update and IMEI, GPU, RAM info, etc. are there and app now appears in app list. Last update seems to have created problems, needs a rework.

Pretty fast response when there's a problem or a question. My only issue is I can't easily find the app when I need it. Maybe just having a help button widget that can be touched to open the app. Sometimes I just go straight to Twitter for assistance especially when it starts it's battery issues.

I simply don't understand why you guys remove proper working functionalities. I got a MotoZPlay and have updated the Os & well the app to the latest version you guys have. Earlier i had option of Disabling apps on Startup under Device Health(now Moto Care) - Hardware diagnosis - App info - App running at Startup. What use does this app has now if I can't disable a cetain app to start by itself to speed up my phone rather than having it uninstall. fix this mess that you created.

This app seems to be getting less and less useful as the updates progress. I know that a user like me doesn't NEED to see CPU usage, memory usage and the like, but if I wanted some magic black box that just somehow worked, I'd have bought an iPhone.

I have only used this Moto G6 without phone service, until just last month, I just found this opportunity to report that when I answer a call, the speaker phone becomes automatically engaged as I put my ear to the speaker thinking I am answering normally, and blowing out my ear drum. This is a serious concern!! and for precaution, I am only able to answer calls away from my ears Also, downloading the newest version, my screen brightness has decreased and more

I installed it, took a look, then attempted to uninstall - but can disable only. Moto Help also disabled, while Device Help has now disappeared from settings/apps. I can see it in the Play Store under recently installed apps with a green button telling me to enable it. What a mess. Thanks a lot Motorola

Terrible app. I logged in to get tech support and all the app could do at every turn was inform me that my phone was out of warranty. Never had the opportunity to get any help. Had to login to Google to figure out what I needed to do to fix my data issues. Once again, one for the uninstall pile.

It goes to fast to understand and follow, before you can respond. Then it automatically makes its own decisions. It screwef my phone up, turned my volume down and changed my screen colors. It doesn't allow a 0 star rating.

Most recent update causing my phone to make a rapid clicking sound when on lock screen. I factory reset and went through each pre-installed app, disabling them one by one and the noise stopped when I disabled this app

Since the latest hardware update fire Motorola my phone had been slow and shuts down apps before they even open. i tried using help to free up space on my phone but moving things to a memory card but the information provided doesn't exist. so everything that help told me to do was a waste of time because the places are need to click on weren't there.

Ever since I did the updated to Android 10 things have gotten worse. Camera does not accept micro usb, cameral will not save pictures and had deleted pictures on SD card without warning, apps have been slow or icons show they are there and they deleted by the update etc..Not happy at all.
