Another waste of space by AT&T I think this developer has issues too many apps in my brand new phone from the developer that I cannot remove. I can't load my stuff in because there is no room .this phone wants me to remove my apps just to do updates.

I'm not an att customer, and never hsvd been why is this preinstalled on my device with no way to remove it, disabling it only hides the file size from the ui, my storage capacity shows no change

USELESS. Gives the WRONG instructions for the phone I'm on, claims there are newer firmware updates (which there aren't), doesn't tell me more than I already know or can get from a web page, tells me my storage is getting full but doesn't show me what the "other" files are (so no way to figure what might be using up space), and can't shut off the "No Voice Service" messages I'm getting bombarded with. Waste of memory and processing power. It can't even figure out what phone I have.

Everyone was really nice and tried to help set up a new phone and some apps but I ended up having to call Samsung. They got it done plus taught me a lot. It was not a defective phone, they fixed the issues in one call and helped me finish setting my account up which was not an easy thing to do. I appreciate ATT for spending days and hours trying to help tho.

This is some kind of malware will not let me remove or uninstall from my TMOBILE phone! Will only let me enable or disable. This should NOT be the case.

I been trying to get some device help for ages hypothetically speaking (started messing with the app since earlier) and ain't had no positive results yet, first off, when I try to access my account it tells me to put in my passcode, which since it's apart of google, should be saved already per auto fill, then it transvert me to a whole another page, when a person calls, I have to start all over again doing this, very frustrating. Yo, all I'm really trying to do is get my youtube app to work!

This has always been helpful. But recently it is Not helping when it does a diagnosis troubleshoot with the battery. It says it is overheating. But will not help to correct it. If you choose "do it for me" it doesn't help. You choose to do the changes on your own, and still doesn't do it. Help .... Now July 17th. And this is still not able to preform the battery heating issue.stuck in your head. Please Fix it.

First off: MEMORY USAGE OF THIS APP IS RUNNING 99% OF THE TIME! I this is the apps settings where you go to turn on and off permissions. Just click under mrmory. Click under them all... Make sure you hit other permissions & wonder why mostly all the apps you download wantcontol over your camera, microphone, location, ect... Anyway I would I would disable this one tilli needed to use it.

Anytime AT&T updates then installs an app without our permission and that app cannot be uninstalled on your phone and often cannot be disabled. The phone we own and paid for. We do not appreciate being controlled by AT&T Taking Liberties to put apps on someone's phones. Apps AT&T gets paid to dump apps and advertisements we don't want. After talking to multiple people at AT&T, who say they cant do anything about it? So my contract ends this year and so does dealing with AT&T moving to Verizon

Do not use! Turns bluetooth off when you need it, turns screen on at random times, auto dims screen at worst possible time and so much more. Just don't use! Customize your settings as you need it, not by this POS.

Samsung's settings section is a complete cluster f... This looks better but Samsung needs to clean up settings layout with a firmware update. There are glitches there as well; settings as that don't work like setting screen shortcuts. Kitkat was a much cleaner layout.

Insignificant apps that aren't worth the space its devouring. Just like the Network provider that provides n real time 4g 3g data that's supposed 2 b 5g data its not living up to the standards an requirements we're expecting. I logged into this app & my data was compromised or not protected it wouldn't allow me to use this app w/out wifi or my own personal internet. My 5g data has been slower then my husbands device & we're on the same plan. None of the apps work as AT&T has stated. Thumbs down

This has been useless on every phone I've had so far. It has not helped troubleshooting a single issue at all for me, ever and I'm pretty good at the RTFM method which is so far the standard for everything. Is there a single individual, anywhere that can make a credible claim of finding this app useful? If so, please share what must be a ripping yarn... We'll all say we believe you just for having the guts to lie about it

all it does is tell me the latest version is available and directs me to the app. store. when I update it takes me back and redirects me to the app. store. over and over again. disabled, uninstalled, forced stop. doesn't help

The previous version of this application I found to have absolutely no use whatsoever except to take up space in memory and take up Ram to keep it running. I am a fair person so I am giving the latest updated version of this application a chance to show me anything quite frankly if it does not it will go the way of the dodo bird..

don't understand why it is even on my phone have cricket phone and service. every time I open application it tries to tell me that needs to change something. so I agree and it tries changing my service to at&t, but that only messes up my phone to where I have to factory reset.

difficult to get to what I am looking for...too many redirections... hope the update helps simplify my searches.. I was cut off from Auto Pay, not sure why, and I have been trying to get back on...and even your optional "Tell Us More" doesn't include YES as an option to answer any of your questions...

Happy with this phone and how it has wifi calling 😁🤗 but🤷😬 I thought I was suppose to have good service everywhere I go.🙄😒😌🤔

I don't know what's going on, I can't log in I got the right username and password but I can't get through I really need help regarding this matter.

I don't like the phone & you have way to many apps that are not necessary. You can't connect most of the time & you ask to many personal questions. I shouldn't have to update. This is a phone not a computer. Stop treating these phones like computers & you should not transfer any work done on someone's else's computer be shared with my phone. I do not have my phone connected or shared with any computer.

Going to see if this is going to straighten out my phone ! Updating so slow

This functions well. Only wish was little more of flexible AI to search more broadly. Some of the more common functions of my phone changed after the last Android 9 update. Most I don't care for. Biggest of them being, I no longer get request to Update Apps! I Want to determine what Apps to update, Not Android.

At least you people are able to download things I'm being told that I have to download the newest update and the damn phone isn't letting me! I can't download or update anything PERIOD!! I'm seriously NOT impressed!! There is NO APP!!

it was a good effort, and congrats on the team for trying their best. but the device update was unnecessary. now the screen and phone look like a childs toy.which can be good for some people, but come on, i am not a kid. i am a full grown adult. NOT a liberal millenial. a rational, reasonable young adult.

Samsung 9 and AT&T I would never recommend either one. When I bought the phone at AT&T I was told it was just like my previous Samsung 6. Even the insurance co. I am paying for through AT&T told me it is complet.ely different.AT&T will neve r have another chance to lie and have false and deceptive practices with me.
