one day it just stopped working. tried reinstalling and reconnecting the phone but alas... on my other phone (iphone it connects gets the data for the last day but second time I try to open it - the app crashes). I tried switching phones multiple times... no luck. Something about the backed up data is messed up and the app just cannot work for me anymore
The app comes up short. It requires the user to enter multiple convoluted codes to get a report on usage statistics. If any day, or any segment for that day, is missed, it cannot be added at a later date. The system has the information, but it cannot be displayed.
When the application works, it's great. However, it only works for few days or weeks and afterwards needs to be paired again which causes me to lose all my data. I can't remember when the last update was. It's definitely more than a year ago......
DeVilbiss claims this app will work with the IntelliPAP Auto with manual input of SmartCodes. Nope. I have the serial number of my machine correct, and the SmartCodes are correct too. But this app generates the error: "SmartCode supplied does not match serial number supplied." I've entered all data correctly, and my SmartLink Desktop software reports the same serial number and smartcodes. This app is USELESS with the IntelliPAP Auto.
When the App works, it works ok. About once a week I have uninstall the App, reinstall, bluetooth pair and reaquire my data. It works for 8 or so days and then cannot load new data.
The app gives the daily reading for about two weeks then you have to uninstall it because the data stops transmitting. The reinstall is difficult because it has trouble pairing to the Bluetooth.
This app is inaccurate and should not be relied upon. Only the daily report seems to be able to provide any accuracy. Forget the other time measurements as they don't coincide with the dates you input them.
It is totally acceptable. But understand my BiPAP machine is 15 years old and does not have Bluetooth so I input everything manually
Very very difficult (almost impossible) to pair and when paired no data transmission at all! Quite annoying!
The apps itself unable to pair / detect the CPAP BT... reason is when using phone itself able to pair the CPAP (w/o using the Dev apps) to phone but even phone paired BT then switch to the Dev apps still unable to pairing.....
This app needs to be improve they mark my first 90 days almost a week earlier with a lower percentage of use and I used my cpap every day exept 1 I started my treatment on July 9 and the app finished my 90 days on 4 October. Also, it stop reading and connecting to the phone since on October 4.
congrats to DeVilbiss, the Intellipap 2 machine by far outpaces the DreamStation but this app including the Bluetooth software they should be embarrassed by. Obiously not ready for prime time. I give one star because it works sometimes.
The APP's daily report is not working . Seems that the APP software is outdated. The bluetooth is not working.
Buggy and frequently stops data connection, very difficult to pair. Developers need to fix problems and don't for years now.
Seems that the app is not compatible with my HUAWEI Mate 20 Pro. Had no issues with the Samsung S8+, but does not want to connect to my HUAWEI Mate 20 Pro via Bluetooth at all. Please assist.
Useless app !!! Stopped working after a few weeks. Uninstalled it & redid it & still not working. Very dissapointing !!!
If a night is missed you have to rest or uninstall app and start over and it erases past readings also it takes a while for it to reload and if you restart it is hard to reconnect to phone
I wish it did all the computer program does with the full report being available, too. Smertcode report is good for daily, but I already get that on a newer machine.
It loses connection with the Cpap and stops updating the data. Re-installation helps only for 1 or 2 nights bedore it loses connection again.
It may or may not work. Very temperamental. Very few updates to application. Last update more than 18 months ago.
This app is junk and never updated to fix the Connection issues.
Worked for about 3 weeks, I then uninstalled it and set it up again but doesn't work. Useless as far as I'm concerned.
When working it's pretty good but the last few days it's showing no data and this can be dangerous to someones health
Quite poor. App does not always show the information from the device, keeps losing Bluetooth connection then stopped sending the information altogether to the app. Needed to uninstall then install and now have a big gap in my history. Needs serious updating
