Dexcom CLARITY

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I appreciate two things especially: the accuracy; and that it's not susceptible to being grazed against something and getting dislodged (both of which were issues in the previous brand I was using). Also, the Clarity app is brilliant! ⭐ I am extremely disappointed at the huge quantity of plastics used! That's just irresponsible and lazy. The minds that conjured up and designed the sensor system and the reporting system surely are capable of innovation in materials and recycling. Please.

I used to love the Clarity app and the daily notifications that it sent me. I always looked forward to receiving the 10:00 am notification but now it's very random. I called tech support 10 days ago now and there has been no support. Nothing changed on my side and I even deleted the app and reinstalled but still nothing.

Careful when you have to replace your phone- they do not support all Samsung versions. The CGM still works but you don't have easy access to reports. Seems like same issue with websites. No word on when/if they will add newer Samsung device support. Very disappointing.

I love the Dexcom System. The APP is another story entirely. Don't just make adjustments start over and this time test it using Dexcom users. It should be simple and intuitive. Remember you are generally dealing with older individuals and people with additional health issues. 5 stars on DEXCOM 6 0 on APP

So disappointed that my phone, the Google Pixel 6, which is a new model, is not compatible with the main dexcom g6 app. Quite silly that a product like this wouldn't try to get compatibility working for new phones

Pixel 6 pro android 13 beta 2. Great app so far. Crashed a few times on load up. Only thing that would make it better is if it was combined with the dexcom g6 app. One app to rule them all

The app gives a clear, historical picture of my BS. It in conjunction with my Randem pump have helped dramatically improve my HbA1c score to 6 or below. Looking forward to further integration with the pump.

It tends to lose connection with the app to the dexicom when its right next to me and sometimes I'm out of a dexicom for about 5 hours at a time sometimes.

I love this app for what I am able to do with it, but trying to log in and change my password was a nightmare. We spent an hour and a half at my endo's office trying to fix this problem so I could share with him. There really has to be an easier way!

Life changing app A1C controled with this app. Love it so much I paid for it out of pocket when it was not covered by insurance. Pricey but worth it. Thank god my new insurance now covers it again for me.👍

Wont save my login info and wont let me paste my user name. Considering filing a complaint over usability for the disabled and those with memory imparements. This app should just work.

Updated review: works well to gather reports for my Endocrinologist and myself. I no longer receive the weekly email reports that I used to get. Also... How can I gather my Dexcom's reports on my laptop instead of on my Android?

Avoid this whole system. It has some nice features, like the watch app and the persistent notification with the glucose. But everything else about is a major hassle. Extremely limited range of devices supported, and it won't even accept my credentials for the clarity app. So I can't look at my previous data.

Easy to use. Has great Automatic Reports. Had one experience where the date on my Dexcom receiver was accidentally in the next future month for a while and after I discovered the error, there was no way to edit the raw data for those several days. So for a month, Clarity automatically defaulted to report to a future date. But even then, Dexcom Technical Support was very helpful at confirming. I wish there was a way to enter short textual comments (40 Chrs) from the Mobile App or in Clarity.

I was able to download this app last year now I can't. Google play wouldn't let me get the g6 app for my phone either. So Samsung helped me to get it back on my phone. It works perfectly as long as you keep your phone with you, keep it charged and the volume all the way up. Woke me up last night to tell me my glucose was too low even though it wasn't. But I would rather have it wake me up. I have the Samsung A12 and it works great. Stop saying your apps are not compatible when they are.

Love it. I recently moved from the standard receiver that comes with the initial kit to using the app on my new smart phone. There are so many additional features when using your phone along with the Clarity app .... too numerous to try to list. Bottom line is my A1C equivalent is moving down from 8.6 to 7.5 on the 90 day range. But even more exciting is that I've hit a 6.5 average in the past 30 days. Entirely due to Dexcom and Clarity arming me with the data I need to make better decisions.

I love my dexcom! It is the best CGM I have EVER used. No fingersticks is amazing, and it's always been super accurate for me! However, I am having a LOT of issues with the Clarity App. for some reason, it won't allow me to see numbers except from September, when I originally downloaded the app and then deleted it for some of its technical difficulties. It also won't let me sign out. It barely shows me any data, and what data it does show does not match my actual BG's and such.

Why would the daily, weekly, etc report on the current day when there's no data until the days almost over? Report on the days that have data...

I have used this app and loved it.. no issues, had very accurate readings, really enjoyed the app. The last few months I am having issues with sign in. The app reverts back to main login every time and I haven't been able to login at all. Fingerprint login and password are accurate. It glitches and resets and I haven't been able to use the app for some time.

I have found Dexcom to be excellent in helping me keep spikes and drops I my blood sugar under control.

loaded Clarity on my Motorola G Power Smartphone Android ver 11 does not upload data from G6 Receiver device. Have to go to Doctor's office to have data uploaded by them.

First of all this app ain't made for small devices like a smart phone but 10 inch tablets or larger as you can't switch between portrait/landscape mode. The same issue as with the normal web site, it's difficult to get a good grasp of the data and "best day" seems more important than a good overview. This just makes you miss the ease and good overview in LibreLink, which has all you data in one app. Dexcom should take a look LibreLink and add the xdrip+ prediction then there had been a good app

All this app does is manage data. It's not analyzing fluids, not analyzing sugar levels, no transmitting anything. This app recieves data and charts it, that's all it does. It doesn't do it well. For starters, you can't see dailt stats, only the stats for your best day of the last 30. So clewrly the app compiles that data so it.knows which is your best day, it just doesn't let you see it. Onto that chart of your last 30 days, it has entire days that are missing. Very poor app.

Won't pair with my Google Pixel 2 phone even though the company states it is compatible. Went through troubleshooting and was sent a new transmitter and sensor. New transmitter and sensor pairs within minutes with the receiver but times out during pairing with my phone. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my phone. I have powered my phone on and off and nothing works. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing

Good way to manage and see the results for diabetes. Reference points allows feedback for how to adjust managing glucose levels.

Why is this app so difficult to download? The g6 app works fine, but clarity keeps coming up with error messages. I have tried four times at least and it keeps failing. Not impressive. Living with T1D can be challenging enough without any IT glitches. Why doesnt it work?
