DEXSTA FCU Mobile

Useful when it works, but sometimes refuses to connect to my account no matter my connection. This can often cause me an inconvenience as I need to transfer money between my accounts in real time occasionally and I am unable to if the app is not working and I cannot get to my computer.

I've been with Dexsta for over 20 years and like them and the app. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because you make external transfers and you don't have the biometrics login option.

the text messages just keep repeating all day. way to many messages over and over and over. hope they fix it soon.

it will make sure Ur money is safe and great anywhere to be open to see the amount in ur savings account. It great on keeping U updated with ur money.

Credit card needs to be real time updated or create an app for the Dexsta credit card.

I installed but there were no instructions on how to create an account to log in or to register.. I ended up uninstalling..

would give it five stars if it had fingerprint login. other than that decent app.

Can't log into this app. No reflection on the Credit Union.

Do not trust this company they will sell your information every private thing you put and they will steal your money an alert for my LifeLockput anything else they steal from people give people your private information do not trust this app

Does NOT work and Locked me out of my account.

I love the credit union need more around in the area and more atms.

froze after using it for a few days, had to delete and reinstall, we will see how it goes from here

Needs Way too many Updates! Nothing like Big Banks. I didn't feel my info was safe so I just deleted it!

It would be nice to have fingerprint authentication, for quick and secure login.

You need to add a pin code to enter the app

I think it needs work with the deposit scanner but other wise does what I need it to do

...but can't view the images of my canceled checks. I need to log onto a PC to see them. :-/

Please fix the one time pin requirement. After upgrading phones I have been locked out of the app for two months now. The one time pin expired. Trying to get it reset by calling in resulted in being locked out of the website and phone teller which wasn’t resolved until the third call in. I still cannot access the app.
