Dexter the Game 2

There's actually a new Dexter game that just came out, September 2015, that's actually a hell of a lot better than this one. This one, the graphics are really cool and I like the game play a lot better, but you gotta understand that people still watch and miss Dexter. There's no reason why you can't update this game because there are still people that will buy it. Last update 2012. Ridiculous

I love the dexter series... But this game is barely playable. If it's not crashing to a force close, it's freezing to become unresponsive, or fails to load a working door, or just decides to cut out any kind of GUI. It's a mess even when it does work, with slow down, texture pop in and iffy controls.

I'm a big fan of dexter and when I seen this I regretfully did not read the comments after playing up to a few kill rooms I became extremely bored. No real plot just repetitive nonsense of finding clues a young child would find to easy and poor graphics. The amount of data I had to use up gave me more hope. Obviously you had a good idea but poorly put. But i am going to keep the game in hopes of more and better updates. I love dexter and would love to see this game become much more enjoyable.

It's annoying that u can't even get though one task or mission with out it freezing up or glitching. The driving controls are so tiny.....I'm a female with small fingers and still have trouble turning left or right. If these things were fixed this would be worth buying and playing but untill then I wouldn't recommend it to anyone... give my dexter more credit!

Dexter is an amazing franchise with limitless possibilities, but this game showcases none of them. Controls are broken, graphics are sub-PS1 era, and it tends to freeze. I would love to see a more capable company like Gameloft or Madfinger redo this game. It would be incredible.

Good solid Dexter game. My one complaint is the few bugs present, but if you close all the way out of the app, reopen it, and resume your game you'll be right back to where you were! Don't expect a gaming console quality game, THIS IS A MOBILE APP PEOPLE! 4 stars for letting me play as Dexter, and a 5th if the bugs are fixed. This game is only a dollar, and well worth it!

OK so it's not great but this is the only chance I get to be Dexter, I do 1 kill a day and take my time doing it! Would love the developer's to spend more time on it because it could be amazing! Any chance you could add the option to look at his trophy box in the air conditioning unit please? That would be a great addition... thanks

Well, even I'm facing all the problems that other users have mentioned here.. I hope the developer is taking note of these and comes out with an update soon.. Just love this series.. Too bad the game turned out to be like this :(

No guide as to how to do anything in the game so was stuck between moving and changing the camera angle. Repetitive audio and none of the in-game options work e.g. the cross box to exit info screen. Uninstalling right now. Complete waste of money.

Waste of time, kept freezing and once finally got the game to load it crashes at the same point after playing for less than 30secs. Unplayable. I love dexter so I chanced it despite the reviews and regretted it...

I really, really want to like this game, but now Dexter can't get back in his car, and I have to force stop the game and reopen it just to get the dialogue box to go away. The last time I played the buttons wouldn't work. Oh well...

Real shame the team who made this did not get a chance to create a console game because this game outlines the basic frame work of what would be a great dexter game, it's let down by the platform, but a lot of effort has gone into getting the feel of Dexter right, from the soundtrack to the voice work but the graphics are dated being an early android game and there is little content. With the show having ended we may never get that console release but this is very cheap so maybe worth a look.

Annoying gameplay boring and a complete ripoff even if it is cheap. Is just bad don't get it unless you want to hear random Dexter quotes because that's about all its good for.

Id like to give it 5 stars but it starts to glitch if you don't exit the game after killing the person who is responsible. I love the game. If you have patience it is absolutely awesome.

I've had this for Weeks now... Have yet to be able to play it. It keeps closing on me after 5mins of loading

It works well on my xperia z. Well atleast it did till after the first case. Debra's text message, doesn't wanna dissapear, which is quite annoying. It is quite difficult to drive too. Worth the money, tbh.

The only let down was the lack of a story line, you just do the same thing over and over

I want my dollar back its boring, no story line, and freezes all the time.

Have to restart the app all the time, gps don't work, navigation a little rough, if car gets stuck reset doesn't work you have restart... But cool game concept

Wont let me answer phone in game. Movement poor no story line. Waisted money... improve it please. It has now stopped working, it wont actually let me play wont let me play resume or even load game.

Unable to play on HTC One - on screen controls are too small. They need to be rescaled corresponding to screen dpi.

Good concept but unfortunatley not enough time or money has been put into this, very dissapointed as love the series

Game works ok so far only problem I have. Some of the buttons just stop working...

Same as everyone else, freezing, pop ups not closing driving is hard work, hope it will be fixed soon or refund as this isn't a playable game.
