This application serves Investment clubs, SACCOS, VSLAs, ROSCAs and Apex Bodies.
With this app the above mentioned institutes are able to:
• Make group contributions,
• Monitor their savings,
• Request for loans,
• Approve loans,
• Pay loans,
• Plan group activities
• Get reconciliation reports and much more.
The dfcu mobile App provides a smarter user friendly interface, quicker navigation and enhanced features such as:
• Self on boarding for club members; no need to visit the Branch
• Self-password reset and recovery
• Omni channel capability; use same credentials on USSD
• Secure transactions through one time password (OTP) authentication
How to register:
• All groups with their account in dfcu bank should visit the branch to have their account on-boarded onto the App. After this club members can self on-board using their telephone numbers.

The App does what it says, I can now have access to banking services without necessarily holding a personal account. It has greatly simplified collecting member contributions. Thanks to dfcu bank for the initiative.
An app for investment banking. It's awesome with good record management.
I tried to open an account using it but was only frustrated. I t also takes God's grace to download.
It's such a dissipointment, it doesn't open at all I even regret my wasted data on downloading it
When my club members onboard they do not receive the login credentials sms.

Very poor app. The functionality for sending account statements to email does not work and monthly statements aren't shared. Customer care are unresponsive, you will only be advised to physically visit the branch to get help! Please digitalise the experience.
