For me the app opens very well but it cannot show you previous transactions e.g last 3 months statement and bank to wallet is a nightmare not functioning well......some improvement on the app.

The app has been functioning very well for the last one Year but now it's the fifth month, login is a problem, when you login, you can't do anything, please improve on your online services.

It's the worst online finance app I have ever interacted with. Improve your service. Login is hectic and even after being lucky to login; doing a transaction is hell. Poor thing it is

This app is hopeless... I must fill in security questions every single time I login.. And then I save them... And it proceeds... But does it save them... I guess not cause the next time I want to login... Security questions... Then fingerprint access... Touch it, it accepts but will it log you in... Noooooooo you do it again... And now.... Noooooooo you must put in password.... WTH Edit: this app is painful.... Never count on it in an emergency

The app can be so frustrating at times. Whenever I borrow money from the mobi loan, after paying back, reconciliation takes forever. For this case, the app becomes unreliable. Correcting the issue takes over three weeks instead of the 24 hours you talk about. And the speed of the app itself is soo low. The developers, need to do the needful, otherwise the app is awful.

Unstable app, confusing layout and very often not available. Instead of supporting my business it in reality makes me often waste my valuable time

Hello DFCU App Team. Thank you for putting in place this functional app. However my experience with trying to send money to other mobile money numbers apart from the one linked to the app has been very frustrating. Could you please adjust the settings to enable us be able to direct mobile money payments to whoever we would like to..otherwise the user experience is compromised relative to your competitors in the banking industry. Thank you

Very slow and unresponsive. The signing in takes way too long. Since the new update, Singing in using fingerprint is nolonger possible. The mobile money transfer feature is also difficult to use because tokens take too long to be sent or aren't sent at all.

Team at DFCU can you please fix the app. 1st I updated the app, it couldn't work. I uninstalled and installed it back but the same error. And can you always communicate when such updates are happening. This is frustrating.

The app has become almost completely useless, it does not load anymore, not even the login page despite the strength of the network. The upgrade was a downgrade in reality, but a disguise. The IT team of the bank should rectify this issue because this app used to the service I celebrated the most from this bank. But right now, I have to walk down to to the bank just to check my balances which is ridiculous.

Its a good all round app for transacting, however, its most of the times very and excessively slow and other moments, non responsive when you require a token for authenticating a transaction regardless of the network used, which is a big let down.

Ever since the most recent update, my credentials no longer work, you cannot login at all as it stops at the DFCU logo. This is so frustrating 😠 especially for me who does most of all my transactions online. Kindly fix these issues for a better experience.

This app is bogas can't open yet the information is correct. Improve on your technology like others do

For the last three weeks I've failed to open.. it gets stuck on the loading screen. Your bugolobi office doesn't help.. your customer care guys don't know whats going on.. and all this happened after updating the app

Worst Banking Expereince App. Useless App to keep in your device. Never works when you need it. Error Error and Error rather close the system and bank. In Banking People and back end both are good for nothing. This app will never help you when you need the most of it. Patethic developers are working with DFCU bank

This is a very bogus app. Very unreliable. Transactions keep failing. It's very slow 🐌, even with good network. Very disappointing!!!

Most disappointing and useless app ever. It doesnt open at all. Dfcu needs to review and fix its usability. It's becoming very inconvenient and unreliable, I can't rate.

Good app, a few bugs to fix Biometric login using fingerprint is in an infinite loop with the correct fingerprint... U need to enter your pattern to exit the loop... So try fixing that, otherwise, its a great app... Also u made it a bit ugly-ish but the functionality is awesome

This app needs to be put down, improved and then returned. I've failed to use it to make any transfers for numerous months. I can basically only view my accounts. Sad.

I just can't believe that after all the monthly deposit transactions my account was made dormant and and currently I'm not in the country to reactivated my account as you wish me to and the app it'self has turned into a total mess. So please to whom it concerns to we'll be grateful when you come up with the better version of the application. Thank you

Its very convinient, easy to use and saves time. Ever since i started using the app, i never have to stand in bank cues or move with large sams of money. You can access mobile money from the bank any time and you can bank from mobile money anytime.

Would give it - 1 star Very unhelpful, this app really needs to be fixed cause it has a lot of errors.. It crashes and there's no way of sending money to the account as well as withdrawals, Now then what is its use as an app developed by the bank, if it doesn't meet the standards.. Fix it,.. Fix it.. I cant transfer money to any mobile money number of choice, sometimes the app isnt working for long hours, verification of transactions is also slow at times. Really let us do better...

The app is troublesome Loads slowly and when it comes to transactions you cannot continue at certain point because it does not have any options you can choose making it impossible to Carry out transactions like buying airtime and transfering money to your mobile money.. Please update the app and correct those mistakes Am disappointed as I can not do the mobile banking App is useless as per now You can revert back to the old app Thanks

This app is surely the worst. It is a bank app that does not show past transactions. Supposed to send sms and does not. It also always crushes when about to complete transactions
