Why is the app not showing any routes when you go into the routes page for Freight drivers. It's just blank so you can not see if the sailings are open, closed or get notifications.
Does not have Republic of Kosovo in the list . Thank you for taking the time to update the application, greatly appreciated. Thanks
Nice app for managing your tickets and checking sailing routes and times. I experienced login bugs for a while and the technical support was very quick and helpful.
Doesn't give you all the information you need for booking a trip, how many animals , cost. Not to worry. I use the laptop & then open my ticket on my phone.
I have 2 booking for crossing when I try to add... oops crossing not found... we waste my time
A very useful app. However it is now not finding the bookings on any of the trailers I have tried, even though the correct information was inputted. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, to no joy.
Update:- App now working again and able to view bookings. I have downloaded this app again to see if it had been fixed but after 3 months there is no change. Did work ok but now crashes when you try to open the app
Simple app for checking ferry times, booking and provides you with your ticket. Does send you out to a browser for some information and I can't seem to see much detail of what ticket I have and what extras have been booked such as premium lounge etc.
This version of app is not any good. Cannot book Newhaven-Dieppe route. Does not come up as an option in the booking window, Although it is still listed as a route. Is DFDs still operating that route?
Oh dear... Tried to book a trip and it crashes as soon as you go to select a dropdown option. Clearly inadequate testing going on
Used to work. Now tells me I need to update redirects me to the play store and I have the latest version. What's going on? It's not like the pixel 6 pro is an unknown phone ...
The System for choosing dates when filling in passenger information is completely moronic. I really have to tap an arrow for each month going back to my D.O.B? Over 500 hundred times! Or am I doing it wrong? Now going to get my thumb strain looked at......
Update. I've changed my browser to Kiwi Browser and it worked. Ps. Kiwi is not on the list of supported apps. Lol
Cannot find booking. Booked Newhaven Dieppe crossing and then downloaded app on Playstore. No trips are showing on app 4 days after making booking. Can you help please.
Useless unless you have booked directly with them. / Tried, didn't work, asked on twitter and was told it's not possible to do so.
This app used to be accurate, now it wont tell you customs status so once trailer is landed it shows as cleared only to find it then on customs hold, making this app useless.
The app essential for driver for dropping/collecting trailers in Immingham terminals.
It was impossible to work as did not have the information requested to start using app Assumed it would give access to information on bookings but it wanted some obscure info
Can't book from the Newhaven port as doesn't come up as an option! ! = Lost sales for that one..
Keeps saying new version is available then chucks you straight back and round in circles????
Every time I try and open the app all it says is a new update and won't do anything else
No use as a freight driver, I am unable to put a complete trailer number in.
Whilst I use dfds twice a week and register each crossing , this app now claims i have only made 2 crossings over 28 days ! Even tho the app shows my crossings it doesn't add them up to receive the discount ! The app i have also doesn't show the qr code that some others do ! Whilst discussing this issue with a crew member he advised me to email dfds with these issues , i emailed but unfortunately i haven't had a reply !
