DFW Airport

This app is a rip off. I indicated I needed a QR code but, but it switched to toll tag. Had to cancel the order, and now they are charging an extra $14. Update, if you have a toll tag it will not let you get a QR code. But since I'm not in the car with the toll tag, I need a QR code. This app is completely useless and it cost me a lot of time on a day when I was I hurry. Shame on you DFW airport!!

Used it to verify a changed arrival time and terminal change without having to contact someone or physically be at the airport. It helped me plan travel to the airport. It gave me access to the website for traveler pickup rules and fees. I wish other airports had an application like this. This app is very useful, saves a lot of time hunting for information.

This app helped me find discounted parking at DFW ahead of my trip. Also provided accurate info about parking and security wait times at time of flight. Very helpful. Will definitely be using this for future trips.

Very user friendly app. I use it mainly to check on how busy the security checkpoints are.

Details are grainy when you magnify the images. Cannot read the names of stores and such. Please add airline check in points for terminals so users won't have to walk that far when they park at the wrong end of the terminal and the check in desk is on the opposite end. It has happened to me. Would be nice to save energy and time walking.

Been years since I needed to use DFW Airport and I downloaded the app and was very please with it and all the info and tips! Thank you for providing such a great app.

Horrible. App continually won't complete parking reservation(s). My last use of the app on 05-22-19 took more than 30 minutes to get a parking reservation. Time after time after time it told me transaction couldn't be completed. Closed, restarted, uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted phone... all of the usual suspects to no avail. When it finally accepted my reservation and allowed me to input payment method guess what? Yeah, transaction could not be completed over and over and over.

Always smooth transition from car to airport. Shuttles are frequent and drivers are helpful.

Very user friendly guide to DFW airport and all the amenities (food, drink, convenience stores & other shopping) available.

The app has a lot of helpful information about the airport. The pre paid parking is the best feature.

We have had smooth transition to and from Mexico. Easy to get from one terminal to next. Clean!

Great app. Never any issues and the information is always accurate and up to date. The only this l would ask is of you could add search history in the search bar. I check a lot of flights and sometimes forget the numbers so it would be great if the app did that.

very pleased with how easy and fast this app is. Just scan in and out very quickly.Makes my travel stress free with parking not having to ask for a ride to and from airport and knowing I do not have to wait for a ride.much cheaper than a taxi service to park my own car ! Discounts are amazing, very very pleased!

Won't notify if flight information has changed. Like going from terminal A to terminal C. I just happened to check it. The app notified me 1.5 hours later. Plane landed at 9:38, was already there to pick up, and the app didn't notify u til the next morning that it landed. 😑

Good app but like most, could improve. Terminal and flight info is great. Ancillary info on food venues could be better. However for an airport of its size and complexity it does an outstanding job.

The app is ok and does most of what you need it to but it's glitchy. It crashes sometimes when trying to view your parking bookings or sometimes doesn't show all of your bookings.

It's very good app it help me a lot although I'm working at DFW Airport.

Overall good, easy to use app. The restaurant listing could more clearly identify/segment by terminal as they seem to all blend together. Thanks,

Great app. Access to DFW airport updates are awesome. They even have prepaid parking options-remote and terminal. Terminal parking I use ALOT now that I can get a great rate. A definite must have app for frequent and occasional travelers. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

Easy to navigate. Great features like choosing specific terminals - makes it easy to determine F&B and other available options during your trip.

Easy to use and has the info needed to navigate this large Airport.

This apt is fabulous!! As you probably already know Terminals and Gates can change at the last minute using this app keeps you up-to-date minute by minute to what terminal and gate your flight is arriving or departing not only that if it is canceled or if it is delayed the DFW app lets you know all of the above about your flight information!! it is quite easy to use put in your flight number your flight designation and up Pops all the information that you need!! DFW @ your fingertips😊

So far so good! I'm picking up a friend from the airport today and it was so nice to see if his flight changed and exactly where the baggage claim is. It also updates me when his flight arrival time changes! Love it so far.
