DGT GTD & To-Do List [Alpha]

A robust GTD app with a lot of options and functionalities. The widgets are highly configurable and useful. The app lets you use it the way you want. And its all available for free! I left it unaware of how to use it properly but came back to it, as I could not find any other app matching it. I checked many other apps, even paid for the pro service of a few. But either there is one or the other functionality lacking in them, or they are not even updated and serviced properly.

It pains me to write a negative review. I have loved this program for 2 years. It is no longer working as it has. The program has not been updated in over a year. Something in a recent OS update has thrown it off. 3 emails to the developer has yielded no reply. Alarms seem to work once a day Snoozing for an hour or two or ..... Snoozes all day. It had been a 10 star program till now. I hope this bug gets squashed.

Easily the best app on my phone by a long way... so incredibly useful, so much functionality, every conceivable type of task and reminder schedule covered, and a truly polished and professional product from the get go. Have loved it from the moment I first started using it... and I've been using it on every phone I've owned since Gingerbread! Just brilliant. Best productivity/organisational tool out there, and I would never be without it. Kudos and thanks to dgtale!

Reliable. Have used it for years. Love it. Could do with separate lists for dated and undated tasks. This would avoid wading through long list of dated tasks to review the long list of undated tasks. Sometimes have to do this repeatedly when going back and forth when deciding what should be tackled or put off.

Great App! (just donated :)) Wish List: #1 I'd love a home screen shortcut that can take me to a list with a 'per shortcut' configurable filter applied. The filter would be like the list widget filter config but would take you into the app with the shortcut filters applied. #2 I set up a Google Assist IFTTT Toodledo integration so I can do, "Ok Google, add a task Buy milk" or "Add a work task". This works great and after the sync is seen in DGT GDT. For the work item, I have the IFTTT rule set to apply a 'work' folder automatically. However, then it won't appear in the Inbox for organization. It would be nice if one could tell the inbox filter to still show items with certain values (like 'work' folder). Sounds tricky to implement! :) ### Bug Report: App gets into a broken state related to the home screen Hotlist shortcut. Repro steps: 1 Go into a task 2 Hit the android home btn 3 Hit a hotlist shortcut on the home screen 4 The hotlist appears, then instantly disappears and you go to the main dgt screen 5 Hit a Main item such as Today. The selection appears, then instantly disappears and you go to the main dgt screen The only way out is to hit back a few times or kill the app.

This is a great organizer app. Only downside is I can't transfer all the info scheduled after I changed my phone. Since it's not a cloud system, I can't access to the information I originally have on my old phone. With Dropbox backup it still doesn't work.

This app is wonderful! Small and with a lot advanced scheduling features. But it hasn't been updated in years. To the developer: please do not abandon it.

I have to update my rating! While still a great app, this app hasn't been updated in almost 2 years, & the app needa to be optimized for newer phone models! I have a Samsung Note 20 Ultra, & this app seems to have some glitches with this phone! Especially the notifications, that seem to be coming a little late! Please respond & fix! This app has been my trusted & constant companion for many years, but I think alas, this app needs an update!

I have used this App for years and it is perfect. This week an update has taken it down. Constantly crashing, cannot filter by tag, crashes, scrolling down my task list, crashes. I'm desperate for a fix.

I have been using this app for several years. Its the only app that I still love. The best app: simple yet highly functional and still give us flexibility. Also love the ability to change the colors and view option of the widgets.

Best gtd app i've ever used. Having tried on various gtd app's, this is the best. The high functionality on repeated tasks setting makes enables me to manage my tasks efficiently; appreciate the the task type enables me to trigger calls directly. i am staying with Android cos' of this app.

Believe me, this is the best GTD To-Do List app on the entire Google Store available! I have been searching for a similar app for a long time now and always coming back to this one. My only concern is that this app needs to be updated to a more modern design and feeling! Please update this great app! 🙏👍

Good experience for 11 years. Started this on my iPhone (it was developed to work best with iPhone), when switched to Android, I have found it still useful in my daily use.

Fantastic and rock solid app. I sync with a Toodledo, and so am not planning to switch over to newer version. Making a donation instead to support the dev. kudos!

Clarification to my previous post: hierarchy in Projects and Checklists IS retained in DGT's local backup files, it is toodledo-free backups that do not. My bad...

This is a great app. There is only 1 shortcoming in this app, not being able to export or share out or printing it out. Otherwise, it would definitely be a 5-star app.

Great App, it does what it says. I can set a Widget on the Home Screen to remind me of anything, It's very Versatile aswell. Thank you very much Dgtale for creating this App.

I have only one wish. It would be fine if it was possible to choose custom time interval for reminder snooze.

This is a super great app! I got some other random app and it could not ever compare to this! This is probably the most customizable checklist app ever!!!

Since the latest android update my alarms/notifications on this app no longer work. this is a total breakdown for this app. please fix it asap before I find an alternate solution

DGT GTD app is fantastic! Everything you need for GTD time management is here: inbox, contexts, projects, deferred tasks, scheduled tasks, and it all is easy to use if you have the GTD mindset. Awesome, I only wish I found it sooner. Will be supporting development by donation for sure. Thank you!

Latest Oreo update breaks alarms (future reminders register as normal clock alarm for some reason and cannot be dismissed). Backup and restore didn't help. update 4 Mar: this bugfix didn't help.

its really nice but I lost a lot of my checklists and my projects.... is it up to par on that front. other than that. it's really nice. thank you. wish you had more updates.

This one deserves it. Bare bones, just enough. Have been using it for years now, no regrets. The best app for me in the entire store.

When i kill the app, the alarms & notifications stop coming. this is a huge issue and its just not fixing.

This extremely powerful & flexible App goes beyond the expectations I had for it. You can record & review each Project and/or Task by customizable options: Tag, Folder, Project & Context PLUS by Priority, Hotlist & Today. DGT GTD is the ultimate organiser for anyone who wants to plan & prepare their lives to the ultimate degree. It takes little effort to navigate all the options available &, with a little patience, working out how to customise tags & folders is the final pièce de résistance.

It was a great app in its time, but digitale has switched his efforts to his new DGT Soda and this is so much better.

Bug report.... In Oreo 8.1 in alarm settings if you choose a local MP3 other than system ringtone it throws a checkfileuriexception error
