Getting dates is almost impossible with how long it takes for them to load, you have to scroll back and forth multiple tines and hope for it to load. Besides that if your lucky and get a date then you have to keep trying to book, because it gives error everytime you try to book telling you to try again. Please work on this app. Other than these issues this app is convenient.

App will say that it failed to send you an OTP and then send one immediately after, but once that happens there's nowhere to input the OTP, happened to me 6 times and I could not book my booster appointment, whoever developed it deserves a serious pay cut
There is no option to reschedule vaccine appointment and the phone numbers in app one redirects you to wrong party where they can't help and the 2nd number redirects you to automated operators (they tell you to go back to the app) which doesn't make sense. Once you miss the appointment you can't book a new appointment and you find yourself lost not knowing what to do rather than writing a review on the app store and pray for someone to read it and solve the issue. 🤷🏻♂️
The all-important "Book Covid-19 Vaccine" button is totally unresponsive. Everything else seems to be working, but since I don't need them, I can't confirm if they actually work. [EDIT]: Reinstalled the app on my own, and got the button working. Now I'm supposedly on the Waiting List. [EDIT 2]: After the updates, the app seems to be working properly now. I still gotta dock a star 'coz the Waiting List was not followed at all. I had to book an appointment separately anyway.
I'm facing login issues with UAE pass lot of times I try but it's not working even I try to login with my email and I make forgot pass but all in vein. Nothing happens and I'm not able to login due to this I can retrieve my vaccine card. Please give me solution.
Impossible to cancel an appointment booked through the app. Price for the covid 19 test not shown anywhere in the app nor when making the appointment. Very impractical.
Still not working everytime confirming booking still in error. Try again later. And all the agent when you call its all busy. Disappointment. My 2nd vaccine its already overdue because of this.
I created account on DHA app but after that i can't log in. The moment i tried to log in error coming that your email id is not correct even though I received confirmation of my account on same email from DHA when i had created account.
Like every other govt app here, this is counterintuitive. Mostly pointless and customer service keeps sending you back to the same useless app
Even after entering the correct username and password , still it is showing incorrect and can't login via UAE pass too.
Nonsense app. Saying my emirate ID is not registered. Same emirate ID that I used for UAE pass and other transactions with ease. Even their customer care reps are clueless
Randomly gives message that device is online, despite being connected. Screen randomly goes white, only "more" menu is showing but not working. No way to see or download discharge summary. Hospital staff says that it is available in the app. Paper summary is not available any more. Confusion between what can be done in this app and my chart.
New updates enabled quick access to all the information and services. Great app!! I couldn't thank enough 😌
After update, all old data was lost. Upon trying to sign-in using health card and otp, it asks to create an account (which is already there) else one cannot proceed. When trying to create an account, it prompts that account already exists. Another disappointing aspect is the chat feature which always gives error. Please fix the app as currently it is not serving any purpose.
This app has problems. When I try to create my health card number, the app sent validation code to another phone, completely wrong ñ. Please fix this

The app used to work but now the login does not work anymore through uae pass. As many mentioned here this has been the case since quite a while. Login with UAE pass in other apps works perfectly fine it is an issue on dha side. The support has been non responsive despite me reaching out multiple times over the past weeks.
Can not open the app on my phone and cannot seem to contact to anyone to help. I can download it but it will not open, stating the phone does not meet min requirement when the phone is new. I have the same issue with Alhosn but all other apps work fine. I really need someone to help as I can not access my vaccination certificate which is causing issues.
I can't sign after repeated process of changing my password.My email is confirming that my password was changed successfully but when I signed it says incorrect username or password.Please help
This is a terrible app and I had an extremely unpleasant experience using it. Very glitchy and non-intuitive UI. Multiple steps to get information; which still didn't work. especially when we needed it desperately to check the test results.
The app is very hard to use and the search will never find you what you're looking for Been trying to cancel my vaccine appointment for 7 hours and just now i realised we should move the screen to patient services (it's not available in dha home screen) Just a suggestion : link the cancellation to the book a covid vaccine button in dha home screen (so that if we press book a vaccine it will show you already have an appointment with an option to reschedule or something like that)
As far as COVID vaccination is concerned, this app is currently useless. I and many others have been having the false mobile number problems and there is no way to fix it on their side. Customer Care is also fully automated and useless, as most inquiries end with either a recommendation to visit their website, or an agent who'll notify you they can't change your number on their system. If this app is your only option to get vaccinated, then good luck.
After the update, now the download button for the test works fine, great job. Am giving 4 stars because the texts in the view tab in the lab results are overlapping and can be read for a quick check, need to download to view the whole test. Hope this simple issue get resolved. Thumbs up to the devs.
After installing when I create an account, it shows error after filling everything. When I try again, it says this account already exists. When I try to retrieve by using forgot password, it says "request cannot be completed try again". Then I created account through their website and logged in through app. It worked. The vaccine booking was an easy task. Appointment slots were available, it depends on the clinic.
Terrible Experience. Logged in to book COVID vaccine but the relevant button doesn't work (all the other ones work). If you press multiple times, the app crashes. I tried to delete and download again but it made no difference. Also tried another device, but same issue.
Getting error on trying to book the vaccine appointment. I got to hear from customer care that app has some issues and being fixed, unfortunately there is no other way to book the appointment except through the app, and customer care rep doesn't know the time frame of fix. Suggestion: always provide multiple source of appointment booking as no technology can be fool proof and ways have some technically glitches which has to be handed manually.
The app keeps giving an error message when booking for covid 19 vaccine. It says Error. Your request can not be completed. The agent on the chat was so useless they asked me to book via a browser and i said it is only through thr app. They couldnt help further. I removed the app and reinstalled and still no help! Useless..
I didn't explore much more functions of the App. I just tried to link my Medical Insurance Card, but application getting hanged every time I have tried. I am using WiFi so there is no problems in connection. Please rectify this issue for smooth operations.
The app is very nice, I was disappointed not to get the report. I got the Ask Latifa option very quickly. Many thanks to the Government of Dubai. For this type of app.
