Outdated App.Could have incorporated biometric instead of entering user id and password all the time. Money transfer should have made easier instead of adding each and every transfer as saves beneficiary.
Too Much Error To Much Having Problem Very very third Quality App Please Fixed it Every Option Buffering problem Loading problem hanging problem always Saw (Something went wrong.. please try later ) i just need 1 hour for add payee Account.. all the time Error... Its took 1 hour for just one payee account adding... Shot man sham on it.. you should have to working on it..
Very poor, after entering mpin and username shows session expired. Same thing happened to another account also.
Very worst service. App is showing invalid user id/ password. Reset more than 10 times.contacted d branch and complained . Then also no response
Very worst app.. In all means. Bad service. Cannot apply cheque through the app.
Please change App style /functions like Kotak or Axis or South Indian Bank .and fingerprint option still not implemented in DLB...waiting ...and to give 5 stars
Use less app. While paying credit card bill without any message it just log out from the app. And the disgusting thing is when I log in second time it says session already exit. Worst management ever.

Cannot transfer money. The UI is outdated. An obsolete design. The only use i found with this app was to know my balance. I hope the admins see this message and would work on making the app better. Really disappointed with the performance of the app not the bank.
App is nt working since yesterday. Nt permitting to enter. Showing " ur device is nt connected " which is nt correct. Nt able to use app. Put in difficulty. Where to contact to rectify?
After reset the handset this app doesn't recognise MPIN and unable to generate. Fresh procedure to forgot login also says invalid card or PIN. The drop-down selection of expired invalid cards are included. may be the problem.
Keeps showing the same message "Network connection/Server is not available" even when the connection is stable on our side. Really unacceptable during the lockdown when people require mobile banking facilities.
Unable to do transfer.. poor..no help available.. fund transfer via app not working.. it doesn't allow to select self bank account .. phone banking help waiting for 6 mins inspite of being caller # 1 😔
You have to improve your application a lot... It is not user friendly app. The customers facing somany problems. Other private banks are providing an excellent service through their app.. Please check their apps and try to improve. Otherwise nobody will use your services.
I am using this app from more than six months. Today i am getting error " This device is rooted. You can't use this app." But my other bank app is working perfectly fine. So, I request you to look into this matter & resolve this issue ASAP.
Not user friendly, need a back button to go back to previous menu and at times app hangs. Too time consuming compared to others.
It's very safe and easy to use app.. it keeps on asking you to change for mpin and tpin once in every six months.. feeling secured.

This app is customer unfriendly if you forgot your t pin you cant change it whatvwill you do.your app becomes useless unless you contact the bank which gave many nos.in its booklet with account opening kut.most of these nos. Are not functioning.An irrespinsible ankd and its app.

Every time I log in.. I get a message "session expired". I installed this app on 17 th August 20.. Not sure how to fix this.

I am using this app more than 3 years, Its good & Safe. One obligation to app developer, due to security reasons Screenshot is blocked that is Good. But we need to share the Payment receipt to the supplier. So kindly make an icon of SHARE on receipt, so that we can share the receipt to so and so party. Kindly do the needful. Awaiting for the same. Thank you
