Good app. Just wondering why I can't see ALL my favorites anymore. It only shows 300. Anything else it shows as unavailable but when you click the listing it's still for sale. Like I've been using this app for a year and I favorite many items a day. I could understand if the listing was deleted or actually not available, but limiting what I can see especially when there's things I want to go back to buy something I've had favorited for a while is just ridiculous.

I enjoy taking my time and browsing through all the different selection as well as the abundance of things!!! I can't forget to state all the variety. Multi cultural great deals helps businessines just a lil summary. Amazing Effort!!! to ensure great quality and safety of product when shipping. A must check out if you haven't!!! Don't go looking to fast like a mall, you have to sit back slow and browse through the selection(s) and melt in vast varieties.

Also had products falsely advertised. Paid for them and not delivered. When I try to contact seller, the seller no longer exists. It was a terrible experience. I can provide you with my email address. I think it would be easier for you guys to fix the problem up for me. I really couldn't be bothered finding all the details you ask for. Believe me its true that the money was taken and no items arrived....EVER!

The app works fine, although some things can be hard to figure out. My problem is the sellers. I ordered some seeds and what came up was not what I ordered. Another seller insisted I pay more than the listed price once I ordered and the app said the item had been shipped. They admitted in email they had not shipped the item and refused to do so unless I paid extra.

So far so good. I have yet to make my first purchase, but I am ready any day. Still shopping. I will edit my review if I have any issues. After making a few purchases, one never arrived, the second one is 3 months late and I received only one. I don't think I will use this after I receive the last order. Very poor customer service 🤔😳👎

When something goes wrong...good luck! Customer service is non-existent and language barriers are real! I ordered 4 guitars over the last 6 months.1 was damaged(small partial refund)& 2 arrived not as described (wrong color,missing features). Always insist on photos of the finished product before it ships!

I've been using this app for over s year now! I have no issues with the app, but suggest that when you find a good seller, stick with them. Some of the sellers are trustworthy. My first purchase was a waste of $400. It was difficult to get s reg for a product that I can't use. Since that time, I've found a few great sellers and I'm sticking with them because I know I'll get great products without issues.

Did everything I could to get a refund, but they just ig ore me. This came from China, so could be an issue. They wanted me to pay to ship it back. Seriously? How can I change it to zero? This is ONE star, but looks like 4 using highlighting other than conventional. Can't get refund for wrong item sent. They want pics of what they sent. I gave them the description of what I ordered, but looking after I received the order showed what they sent, NOT what I ordered. Different mfg. also.

Order all the time from this app, only once did I not receive the product but was refunded. Shipping is longer than usual, but if you read the fine print, they let you know this being that it has to go through customs and it comes from China. If you're not happy with the quality, you can return it for a refund or replacement. I love that there's numerous vendors to choose from, so if you don't like one you can find a different one. The clicking on the app is a little tricky, just be sure....

The worst website to purchase from!!!! I bought 4 pairs of boots i canceled the last one because of the color. They sent me the wrong size , the seller not telling me they run bigger and now I'm stuck with them. Tried to escalate the issue , sending numerous pictures showing that the size is not the one that i ordered. They were keep saying to pull out the insole and measure it bu the insole was glued to the bottom of the boots . So no, i did not want to destroy them. First and last purchase!!

I find it tricky to set favourites up. My discount as a new member just disappeared. Watches for instance on a normal search is not the same as the more luxurous ones.. it is just a bit confusing. I might in time find it easier to navigate the App.

Smooth running app and the prices are just too good to pass up. Every vendor I've dealt with has been super helpful and polite. Great place to shop for gifts! Also check out their selection of shoes. I'm literally never buying American name brand shoes ever again. Made in China all the way!!!

This app crashes every 45 seconds or so after their so called update. Prior to this update,everything was good,simple,and smooth. It really was.......now it's a nuisance to use.I see there are others who are experiencing the same and hope DHgate does something about it to be like how it used to be. Follow up:Wow,they just left a comment after 2 years having passed....lol

I was a bit leary at first. I wondered if the products were good quality and the styles as they are often edited. But the items I ordered from bag charms to boots have been beyond good quality. I had one problem and I was given all my money back. Even though there are delays in shipping according to their website, I'm getting items in a few weeks from ordering. All I know is I'm so happy I ordered these items.

My order never arrived though it says on the app it was delivered. It's very hard to get a hold of someone with DHGate and the person I bought the stuff from my messages are still unread. I spent $50! I want to speak with someone but the best I get is a automated system through chat that asks me the same questions with no solution. Becarful shopping with DHGate the delivery is very very long and make sure to check their reviews on the product before purchasing anything.

Good Experience. Little confusing finding the best or right ones to buy from, with suggestions, but there's so many, many places and choices, it's awesome. Let u know when I receive my first item....

1.Person/Credit card verification process complicated, took more then one week. 2.During my shopping&Checkout the currency was set to EUR 3.After purchasing the item I was charged more 4.The seller could not ship the item in time,I requested to get refund 5.Refund arrived,but was much less as the purchasing price 6.DHGate says they are handling money in USD,conversion rate caused the difference. Never experienced the same on Aliexpress.They should rather charge seller with conv.rate difference

Too bad with the experience I got as I first time user of this platform. The owners of the platform took side with seller in the resolution of dispute. Item was so small, not as described by Seller. I decided to return items but Seller don not want to pay shipment fee to return items. Return Shipment cost on my side was higher than the item cost. I request for a partial refund, Seller refused and dghate dispute center took side with Seller and released funds to seller.

The first order from here was absolutely Terrible. I spent over $300.00 and recieved 2 outfits that were horrible replicas. There shoes never came. The second time was perfect! I guess it depends on the time of year. When u order from a place like this it's a gamble. Roll the 🎲. You might get lucky!

Hard to navigate. When making purchases its really hard to see the thumbnails to see what option you're choosing. Many options while adding to cart are not straight-forward and clear to understand.

Some of the products are really good, but the social savings is a scam! I think they finally got rid of social savings. The products have been good quality replicas and quality products. I would recommend this app. Just keep in mind that products come from overseas so it does take about a month for delivery.

terrible customer service 😑. ordered a wedding dress months ago. my wedding day is passed today, the dress still has not arrived as promised by DHgate. I've repeatedly asked to cancel order... and their response continues to be "but it was shipped, and it's on its way. I've asked again to cancel that order. and they responded again saying it will arrive next week. next week has passed. the dress still has not arrived. Buyer be ware. the worst part they took my money and still no product

Good but it's as if the sellers send their items in bottles via sea! The amount of time it takes to arrive is off-putting. Not sure what postal service aliexpress use but DH gate need to follow suit and use the same because Aliexpress postal service is Top class! I have received many items large and small within a few weeks. DOESN'T WORK NOW!! CANT EVEN PLACE AN ORDER!! I have contacted customer service several times but they never respond!

Bought 6 jerseys and was delivered 5 jerseys that were wrong sport/team/everything. They offered me a partial refund that was about half of what I paid and keep the jerseys that are useless to me or send them back and pay $100 plus shipping to China to get a full refund. Making the just responsible for the sellers mistake is nothing but a scan.

Pretty good ! Definitely better than I thought it was going to be, the user interface could use some improvements and less spammy ads ,so this is the reason for 4 stars but there are alot of good products on here that are better priced than here in the states or in canada. Sellers are normally very responsive and cordial. Overall a great app and a great service they provide

I ordered from a merchant and was sold an inferior product. Took a lot of back and forth but DHgate finally ruled in my favor. Cost me $84 to return items with a value of less than $20. I was promised reimbursement for my shipping cost. Instead it was put on my account as rewards/points. The website is not user friendly and Noone has replied to my request to convert and transfer this amount to my bank or apply towards a purchase. Just an over all screwing of the customer. Never again!
