To check the balance & Pay the bills, nice app. But... There are 2 things that I want to be included in this app! 1ˢᵗ is speed. This is 2021, and all the apps are faster than a website. I'm not saying it is sluggish. But it would be nice & cool if it was faster than it is now. 2ⁿᵈ I have 2 different plans. An Amilla Postpaid & a LTE broadband. It would come in very handy, if there's a feature to check both of the accounts plan without having to log-out Every Single time.
This app is just nice to look! If u recharge from it the top up will take 20-30mins by that time you could ask some random guy and got a reload faster! And the whole network is full of problem lately I got a data sim and it's been more than a month I have been trying to activate data add on or at the least recharge! Last night I could recharge and balance was shown in app but this morning it's gone they told that I haven't been recharged due to recharge and data activation technical issues! 😡F
It's a good app, but there are certain issues such as top-ups are upto a certain limit and cannot buy add-ons or boosters within the application. If you could fix this issue, I can give a better rating.
So heavy to use. Does not provide all info on bundle offers and very very slow. Cannot top up balance with credit card. Just useless. Only thing that works is the first page seeing your remaining balance amountbif the app actually starts working.
The app is okay, the design and animations are great, though I need mobile data or Wi-Fi to review any information. It would be handy if the api routes that this app uses was to be free of charge on dhiraagu network. If you need a developer hit me on my email and I'll be sure to help!
Keeps crashing and crashing and crashing. Keeps overheating the phone and draining battery power. I really need this app but I've installed and uninstalled it twice due to this issue. It is like the worst app.
Application doesnt even work properly cant even login to my account such a huge waste of time to downloand and install even. The application can be downloaded with mobile data but still the application doesnt log u into ur own account using the same network really disapointing that u guys are just frustrating ur own customers !!!
the latest update didn't fix any bugs. it caused more issues. there's a delay of 5minutes for topup to arrive after transaction is done. unable to save the invoice like previous version.
Updated because payment gateway failing, now the app won't open at all.
I lost almost 200 MVR with top up and reloading. i am not able to see my data added . i lost a lot of money and the service provider doesn't even know what they are dealing with. improper network services
Finding rhe balance data and balance amount is easier but this app can also make way to find the expiry of validity of the current plan and also the validity of the sim. People who wants to maintain the number can know how long the aim is valid for them to recharge through some sources.
-Multiple and frequent crashes for the past 2 years. -October 2020 The option to view and pay bills have disappeared but seem to appear for some users.
Crashes and dies the second you login. Tried on different devices, tried clearing the cache, reinstalling the app. This is hopelessly broken.
I want to mention this, In this network no value for our money, one day full I tried to activate my data pack and its showing error, when i tried to ask there agents via this app they tell me to it will fix soon. But no response from them. Am recommending all of you to never go with this network.
This app is very useful for people who use dhiraagu postpaid, but in this app there is one page, to fill with information of our BML card numbers. So it's very difficult to fill thah page. So now I can only check my data balance an some other information. I cannot recharge through this app.
Most useless app on the whole playstore. This app is suppose to show my package usage and pay my bills. But "error while fetching your data" is all it shows. Don't bother downloading it!
Most of the time can't even load usage data. Since the last dhiraagu major upgrade, can't even pay for my bills through them, at least can't even view them. Shame on dhiraagu for making this app this bad.
The internet data package information doesn't match with actual figure. The application shows that there is balance, but the customer care staff said your data is exhausted. don't understand what to believe.
This app is so unreliable now. I checked my data balance twice in 30 seconds, first it showed 9.00 MB next time it was 70.38 MB. And it doesn't show any add-on balances.
Probably the worst application by a Maldivian Company. Doesn't load and have a lot of issues. Purchasing boosters results in double purchase because of loading errors.
Still this ain't working properly, Most of the time i open it, It takes more than a minute to respond, and most of the times got failed to load. 💔
Buying boosters on this is a scam. U buy once and it shows failed and then buy one more, again it shows failed nd u buy third booster. Bam all three activated. Scamming at a new level.
Everytime i try to open it an 'unexpected problem' occurs. So frustrating. Why make an app which doesnt even open half the time. Just why???

How can we use the app if it can't even load the home page.. its very frustrating. so slow and not reliable. not usable..
Very poor response after recharging. I recharge my number and it has been hours checking my balance if my recharge has been done but still getting zero balance. It has been like this for a long time. After gaetting tited of checking, i asked help from their operator and managed to get my recharge after. Everything was fine, Then few minutes later i rechecked my balance if enough for a cbo, my recharge was deducted probably due to checking my balance. NOW I CAN NO LONGER APPLY FOR A COMBO PROMO.
