I updated my version two days ago and yesterday, all data on it is gone. All I get is all your Information is sent to the server. And no information. I can't even capture new Covid-19 vaccination data. Help me out. How do i uninstall my update and go back to the old version because i uninstalled it twice already but am getting the same updated version. Kindly help me out.
Very frustrating and boring when it comes to synchronizing DATA for COVID-19. You may end up breaking your phone thinking it's the fault yet it's the app!!! 5hours just loading, mmm!!!
The new update has a different UI with mismatching colours as well as unreadable texts. Kindly fix this
It doesn't work at all,the previous one was better,you can fill in some information it keeps saying this is not the correct format
Since the last upgrade... it is malfunctioning...the occupation sector is not working...keep saying wrong format

App keeps crushing after recent update. When I tap on "vaccination registry" to retrieve data on entries made, it freezes, goes blank/black then closes. I have hundreds of entries to make and this app has been worse for the past 3 months. "Extremely slow in syncing configurations" or it even doesn't sync anymore. Please FIX THIS ASAP
I'm very disappointed, I updated the version but when I selected the type of ID and pregnancy status then if want to put the address it says invalid text format that is both the pregnancy and ID status they all shows invalid text format. Please help me out.
The app is very problematic. After update, all your captured information completely wiped out and more data is committed in redownloading all served information into the server back to the tablet. Synchronization of the update takes more than a week and above. Very time consuming and waste of data. It's not like simple update like WhatsApp. I mistakenly did update on 25th October, and as at now, I couldn't get back my captured information served to the national server. A very good app though.

Thank you for releasing updates! I found "delete data" did not have a warning message so it is so easy to lose data if a user accidentally taps this button. THE data synchronization looks like removing program stage data in each program.
I think there are alot of problems and bugs in this app. Synchronisation takes long time and suddenly the app gets closed. The app is not working smoothly with dhis2 version 2.29.
I log out of this app yesterday on my mobile phone... I find it hard to login... It is not longer working .. Pls I need solution to this.... I need it to work before Monday
Me and a few others are experiencing sync errors so this is affecting our data capturing very negatively. We would like some help in this regard.
My CoviD-19 vaccination registry module has disappeared from the home page. And all effort to find and restore prove abortive. What can I do.
App is constantly crashing, freezing
App is good. Just some few technical hitches with the updates and also log in syncs time could be reduced. Kudos
Syncing stored data is very difficult. I am also unable to enter backlogs because once the date is passed, it is not highlighted when trying to enter the data into the app.
This App is so stressful if you log in and there's a loading syncing sign it will take forever to sync your data in that you will have to uninstall and install again several times for it to work thats if you are lucky
It no longer send message to clients after syncing both first dose and second dose. Please, do something about it. Thanks
Please tje reserved values was not coming,so the unique number for the covid vaccination was also not going through. So decided to log out.And now when I want to log in it's saying the URL is not a dhis instance.Please try and help me to I can enter vaccines information on the App.Please

This is wrong. The app was working fine on my phone till i updated to theatest version earlier today, and it has stopped opening since then.... What's wrong or how can I go back to the previpus working version??? Reply ASAP
This app crashes every time I use it with 2.30. We've had to switch to paper collection because of this issue.
After the last update, app became very slow to receive commands and act upon them. Synchronisation error, haven't been able to synchronise my data to the server. Please do something about that
