1. Localization of the app is using automatic translation full of errors (at least in Hebrew). How come such a big company like DHL didn't invest one hour of proofing each language? Using the app makes one uncomfortable due to the overall feeling of unprofessionalism. 2. Bug: Sometimes some of the forms/fields/buttons stay disabled/grayed-out. You have to get out and re-enter to make them active/colored. 3. Some features just do not work/appear. E.g. no option to log in using fingerprint.
Terrible experience. No customer support. Just awful. My package supposed to come on Thursday so I took a day off. For some random reason it got delayed and then missed it on Friday. I rescheduled for a pickup next day (Saturday) but the request didn't go through?? I got told it'll be delivered on Saturday so I thought no biggie. Now just recievied another email and it's been pushed back until Monday. Tried to call the line but its all automated. No customer support. Would give a 0.
Doesn't work. Tried tracking two DHL Express shipments from Milan to the US but nothing. Couldn't even add them to the tracking features even after I was forced to sign up for it. Total waste of time as far as I'm concerned. 👎
Great company. But the new version of the app has a bug. You open the app and it prompts you to update to the new version EVEN though I have the latest one. Tried to uninstall and install again the problem persists
Won't update and won't open without update. Same as everyone else, caught in a loop of technical failures which means I can't use the app. Push the update, then tell people they must update. Not the other way around.
I can't even get a competent tracking detail. which one is "package information received". how are my supposed to know any info on where my package is with that kind of info. The "show more" button is not working. Please up your game. Thanks
Idk how a large company like DHL don't know how to have a proper app! I can't log in because I don't receive a verification code in my mobile, I came later to try again over and over until it got disabled.
It works when it works but if something goes sideways (by DHL fault) it's useless. There is no proper tech support. And I'm general DHL service it's awful. Using DHL express - NEVER AGAIN!
The app was working perfectly yesterday (19/04/2022) but today it is telling me to update. I cannot update as I already have the latest version. I deleted and reinstalled but still get the pop-up that I need to update
Needs my phone number before I can track my delivery. I'll pass on this. I don't need assistance. I'm just not putting my mobile number into the app so I can track a parcel that I have the tracking number for.
POS. Only allows a 10 digit tracking number, when their tracking numbers are twice that length. Has a link for Other tracking number formats that brings you a page showing all the other tracking number formats they use (Almost all are longer than 10 digits). No explanation as to what you are meant to do with that information.
Updated the app, uninstalled and reibstalled the app and when I go into it it still says this version is no longer available and it needs an update altho' I've done it. Basically can't use the app anymore.
Registration not possible, text with verification number never arrives and now my phone number is blocked for trying too many times.
This app is missing most Australian suburbs, for example Australian addresses are listed by suburb, post code, and state. This app only lists major cities, therefore you cant put in a correct Australian address.
So bad. Now not working. When open wants the update. But update not available. Already reinstalled again. But again same problem & not working no more. Home pages not open.
Excellent app, easy to use. Notification, updates and tracking are great.
No universal tracking number input. Very poor compared to other delivery apps.
Tried the mobile app many times. Didn't let me signed up. Been waiting for the confirmation code my whole life but nothing was sent to my mobile number.
Just doesn't work. I get emails from DHL with shipping number that I can track via the desktop link, but copying/pasting the tracking number (the only number provided) in the app (which is advertised to use in the email) just does not work.
It is so easy to use, just paste the tracking number and you're done. Quick to update information on tracking as well, well done.
Very very worst service I had.please don't ship your goods with DHL.they do not deliver at the exact time.i shipped one item through dhl last 8 days ago.not yet delivered.worst service and worst customer service.very bad. They need to pay money always.not a good service. I will report this team
I gave only one star as i checked couple days before new update and I was able to track my tracking number but now it won't and said that my tracking number is invalid.
Terrible App, does not recognise tracking numbers or company's that are dispatching. Next to useless

Unable to update. It doesn't give me an option to update at all. It only says uninstall or open
I like being able to check on my orders. However, I can't find any way to clear delivered orders from it, and there's often a delivered one that's marked as still sure for some reason. The only way I've found to clear those is to sign out and in again, which is annoying. Let us clear out old deliveries, please! Edit; oh, and also, it's putting my neighbor's eircode instead of mine and I can't find any way to change it. Not good!
Useless, it cant even send me a code so I can sign up. It does not get more basic than that!

Waste if time! This app wont even let me register. Keeps saying "something went wrong".
It used to automatically show all the DHL EXPRESS shipments that are coming to me on a page that says 'To Me' but now, even when I input the tracking numbers going to me, it does not show up anymore to where I can change delivery options and everything and I now have to track them one by one on the tracking page without being able to edit anything. I literally have more than 10 tracking numbers every time and it is so hard to keep up with them.
