Setting this app up is a pain in the rump. You can't just type in your birthday. No you have to scroll through the calendar one month at a time till you get to your birth month, day and Year. 12×54 scrolls and of you accidentally click something you have to start over! I had made it to the 70s when it happened to me. So stupid! The address setup wasn't much better either. This app needs work.
No confidence in app control. Loaded data then couldn't exit without forcing app to shut down. Logged back in and no data found.
Wouldn't scan my code. Actually made the process longer, while I stood there looking stupid.
I've had this app before and I just reinstall it and its telling me there an error and that I've never had an account with them and I know I do
It's OK if it's the only thing available. Maybe I missed the instructions, but it was a pain to put in my 1948 birth date. Still working on entering my meds. All the information I've put in is already on my primary physian's computer and the computers of at least three specialists. We'll see how it works.

How the hell you close this app, not even logging out let you close it

Not quite what it could be. Female health section has no options for menopausal women; family history has no option for "no family medical history"; for the section on drinking habits no option greater than "once a month" given. Also questions for various medical conditions somewhat random, not necessarily the first things a medical professional would want to know, if at all.

Every time I try to finish mystery medical information it won't let me go to the next question or let me exist out of it.
Update: Thank you so much for fixing this. I used it the other day and it was less than 1/2 minute to check in. And they had all files ready. Love this its perfect and so easy to use.
I can not get this app to even register me. When I fill out my info and choose the Sign Up Button, nothing happens. My doctor says I have to have this info filled out, before I visit him, but NOTHING WORKS. i I will have to cancel my appointment and find a doctor who still uses paperwork, like they should. This is CRAP and I will NOT use any medical facility that uses this. I am very inconvenienced in that I MUST see the doctor tomorrow, yet I can't because he wants this info and this app is useless.
This app is really convenient for storing my medications and insurance. Really glad my doc uses this because it saves a ton of time
