Very poor app. When we try to lodge grievances, the window stuck up with error. Kindly update your app or shut down.
Couldn't login my account using mobile App, whereas same is accessible on web portal.. everytime i try to login my account in Mobile app, it shows wrong username or password..
some portion gives error log.hospital list are not good.dhs rarely repond to email.
the app doesn't lets you log in, instead spits out the wrong usersame/password error

My claim is approved on 21 March 2017 but till today 20 June 2017 it is not credited to my account. Very very bad service, inspite of letters/emails DHS is not giving proper timely service

Very good information on policy contact details DHS card etc. Quick claim approval. However claim history is not updated.

Company's staff R unskilled they didnt provided username and password. Toll free no. & cust care no didnt reply so How can login without username & password. Com promise that claim wil clear within 10 days but not yet cleared & status of claim didnt yet provid.
