The app is easy to work with. I like the feature that shows the details (sugar level, time of day, and before/after meals and sleep). There is also a graph showing spike levels and other times. If you wish to enter meds, vitals, etc., there are pages for that. Overall, very pleased with it.
This app has no log in feature. Therefore, it doesn't transfer Data to new devices. I could never upload the data to google Drive on my previous phone. So even though I Paid $2.99 for the pro version, when I bought a new phone it had the original Version with ads on it. So basically I just gave this app $2.99 and I'm back to having ads on my new phone.
Just started and liking so far. Two issues though. As I was entering past data, the graph on the statistics page did not display in order of the date and time taken, but in order I entered them. It would be really nice if on the blood glucose layout, you had ability to filter by event or tag. Sometimes I need to look at the individual records for a specific tag or to be able to see each individual morning reading, not averages This would make it near perfect. Addition: Would be nice to be able to export into something like a csv file so I could import into excel or similar spreadsheet software to make it easier for me to analyze for long term trends or affects from other factors. PDF is formatted for printing, not being able to copy data into something else.
I've got no problem spending the $3 for the add free experience. The development team earned it. I would like to see refinements in two areas. The #tags don't always seem to save. I'd like to see that work better and even give you the option to easily select past #tags. Perhaps even the ability to select and #tag multiple entries similar to how you can delete multiple entries. Lastly, I'm loving the PDF creation tool but would like to be able to make PDFs of the graphs too.
Great app! Helps to enforce the discipline necessary to take my meds on time. Check my blood sugars regularly, and to log my blood pressure. Helps in discussions with my doctor's as I can show them the data. Yes, the popup ads are annoying. Also, the program occasionally messes up the data, but is relatively easy to correct.
Used to be a great app until the last update made it have so many ads you can't open it or record a value without ads taking over the screen and interrupting what you're doing. I'm not just talking the little banner ads that run at the bottom or the top I'm talking about the whole app being interrupted with full screen ads that prevent you from doing what you need to do or cause errors in your records. Practically worthless now.
Regret buying the pro version. Backup does not work says 'Operation failed' (permissions are enabled). Reminders also don't work ... most of the time you don't get the notifications and the few times that you do get them it's at the wrong times like in the middle of the night. Developer provides no assistance.
Works well enough to record my Blood Sugar so I can inform my doctor later. Pity there isn't a way to e-mail them directly. 1) I wish i could view the Statistics graph in landscape mode. 2) Why on earth are the Blood Sugar numbers rounded to whole numbers? Also: The "SHARE" option only "shares" an advert for the app, which is less than useful. And: The backup is a password-protected ZIP file and the password is unknown, so I can't access my own information. Down-rating to TWO stars.
The version with ads could easily destroy potential for many users as they intrude on the usability. Without ads it's great and lets the user record everything that is pertinent.
I like the simplicity. However, I was wanting to be able to share the data between my tablet (which I use for input) and my phone (which I take to the doctor) but seem unable to do. I tried following the transfer information instructions, but they don't seem to be working.
Pretty useful Bought the pro version, I find it a little annoying not being able to use 24hr time. As a parent of a diabetic child another useful feature would be to have shared data with the other parent. All in all, the app does what it claims to and seems to do it well.
Both bp and glucose in one which is what I need. I bought the pro version. Thanks for the nice program. For BP, can we have option to set to left arm and pulse enabled by default.
Worked fine on my Moto G8. Got a new phone running Android 11 and there seems to be a permissions problem stopping backups working (and therefore transfer of all the previous logs from the Moto G) App permissions in latest are for media only and only other option is deny altogether, so app cannot create or read the backup folder and files. Best look for an alternative app..
Great app! VERY simple to use. I purchased the Pro version as it is a lot easier to read without the adds. It would be nice if it backed up to the cloud. It would also be nice if you could access this on a website. It comes up with the name Sugar Tracker when you install it on your phone. Great job!
I have the Pro version and would've given the app 5 stars if there was a way to export the trend GRAPH as part of the other pdf export function it currently does. Please include the trend graph in the exported pdf to make it visually easy to see where spikes are - especially when presenting the data to one's doctor. Best regards,
App is painful to use. Needs ability to add daily dosage of medicine or at least have a drop down menu were you set up meds and regular dosage. Reminder notifications would also be good to help you to remember to input or maybe to remind to take meds. Looking for something easier to use.
Only thing I would change is how the ads come up. Sometimes they pop up as I try and key things in, witch takes me out of the app. But great everything else. Printing format is beautiful and easy enough. Thank you!
I love the app its perfect for what I need if you don't buy the pro package you'll get a lot of ads so you're kind of forced to pay for the Pro but it's only one time so that's okay and its only $2.00 n change anyhow its very easy to use and works great no issues what so ever .
The ads are too much. It makes it hard to use in public when there's an unskippable, 30 second long video ad every two seconds that blares music, even if my phone is on silent. Plus there's banner ads and popup ads. It could be a decent app, if not for the ads. I understand ads are needed for free apps, but this is too much when it makes the app unusable.
