This app is a disaster. "network error. Can't register silent token" error message as soon as I open the app. Useless.
When I try to login to the forum I keep getting rejected and I can't reregister. Access etc could be made simpler. My diabetes is not a state secret. The sundry exclamation marks seem a bit childish. I am sometimes instructed to use a web browser instead of using the app - why? What's the point of the app if it won't let me access the forum?
Despite being a long time member of these forums, the app will not allow me to log in. It keeps saying my password is incorrect, which prompted me to change it in case I was mistaken, but I still can't log in
This has helped us navigate the world of diabetes. Its easy to navigate and find relevant material. Questions are answered very quickly.
The app was OK before, but now it won't let me log in, this is even after changing password twice. It's a shame as it used to be a good app.
It crashes mid way through writing in the forum so i have to save what im typing and to and reply at least 4 or 5 times before I get to post!
Network error message when trying to open app as stated in other reviews. Why is this not sorted yet?
This app is very poor it never opened when I try to use it. Please sort it out. This used to be a good app but now it's just a waste of time

Frustrated. It takes Sssoooo llllooonnnggg to open! As a newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic I was hoping to use this App for help, guidance and advice.

I can't log in and I have just reset my password because I thought my password was wrong and I still can't log in. 🤔
The forum really helps me deal with any questions I have caring for my grandad. Perfect to have access to so many answers in my pocket.
Signed up to forum online but keeps saying my password is incorrect and my email is not recognised.
"Access denied. The site you are trying to reach is temporarily down." Either it's broken or it's not going to work.

Does not let me log in just says user does not exist even though I'm registered with website
Initially didn't work. Network error. Did a forced close on the app and then re-ran. Had to wait 30s and it worked. Was able to logon with my forum details created through the web. Wull see how it goes
