I really love the reminders and everything, the layout is great and I love being able to add extra meds. But i would appreciate if they had the option to turn off "good vs bad" blood sugar indicators - while this is great for some, I personally dont care for my apps to be so judgy and lack nuance. I also have been diabetic for 25 years and know when something is good or bad so it feels a tad patronizing.

Add options to fully customise Glucose levels target range by itself. I want to add 2 to 3 different ranges like before breakfast / fasting after breakfast and random. The options you give are difficult to understand and make target range. And also Glucose levels target range provided by you is not helpful. It should be like this "Add target range (+)" (example) Fasting -> higher range, lower range, target range. Besides this application is good. I hope to see this changes very soon, thanks.

I have used this App for a very long time. It's definitely had its issues and support can be patchy but it's generally OK. I would give it 5 stars if not for the fact that there is a persistent bug with the Android version and CareSens Bluetooth meters... it doubles up the entry. I have gone through 3 different phones and multiple versions of Android with the same problem. I have reported it several times but have had no response from support. Consider this an "as is, where is" App. No support

Very good app! Longing to use it again but it is impossible to restore password. I have been trying to restore the password for tree days. No success. It should not be that difficult. First, no confirmation if the password has been changed or not. Allright. Let's go next - new password and user name. "Server error" or "wrong password or username"

I used to use this app religiously. But it has l it's become so complicated that I can't use it anymore. I need an all-in-one app that lets me record my blood glucose, food, and insulin. As well as determining how much insulin to use. It used to be simple, but now it's so complicated that I can't use it. ( I am an RN and diabetes instructor. ) PLESE make it user friendly again.

This is a great app!! I showed it to my Doctor on my last visit and he was EXTREMELY IMPRESSED with it!! He like it even more when I told him that it connected with my meter!! He noticed the estimated A1C, and later when he got my lab reports back, he made a point to tell me that my level was just as this app had estimated it to be!! Had another visit with this same Dr. on 8/5/20(MASK ON!). To emphasize how impressed he is with this app, he REQUESTED! to seemy latest results from this app!! 👍🏽

Good stores all info etc, but glitches alot and doesn't always show what my daughter has carbed for on my version of the app and makes it seem as though she hasn't which can cause issues. But pretty good

Please add the option to remove the new "transfer bolus?" pop-up and make it automatically apply as before. I can't stand having to do another useless extra step. I'll give back the 5 star rating once this gets fixed.

Great app, when it works. Everytime I install an update on this app it either doesn't upload any data or I can't even access the app. I installed the update today and now the app won't even load up and I can't access my son's data. This has now been rectified and I can now access the app.

Love this app, except.... it crashes back to the main screen when entering or editing any new food, and frequently when starting a new BG entry, or scanning a libre

I've been using this app for over a year now. Yes, it sometimes has issues; however, I still think it's the best choice on the market. There's still a lot of room for improvement though. In today's connected age, I would like to see it communicating better with other apps. I really like the data display on the Wear OS watches. However, not simultaneously displaying my Dexcom data really is a failure. It would also be nice if it pulled in exercise data from Google fit as well.

The app is feature rich and a very useful tool. It's the closest app I've found to all-in-one diabetes management. That said, the user interface is the worst designed I've come across. You guys need to employ some one who works in UX / HCI design. It's increadibly confusing to set up and hard to read thereafter. The graphs are unreadable. The whole thing needs to be more streamlined. There's also a bug that causes lots of crashes when using the freestyle libre.

Excellent app. So many great things about it. May I ask why it seems to scan my sensor via nfc twice in quick succession, I don't know when to take the phone away so as a result it sometimes comes up with an error? Also can I see the cross on the graph where it's calibrated, it's supposed to be there? One improvement: I would really like to be able to set the graph to a four hour timescale rather than having to zoom in. It's a wonderful app. Thank you very much

I like that there's an option to set automatic reminders to eat or to test, and also when you enter a meal you can set a reminder to test a few hours from then. The food databases don't seem more cumbersome than any other app's, but it's still time consuming for me so I just record my foods in a note in the log book. It has more good features than I'm using (charts/graphs & analysis tools too) & I like being able to have my glucose data & meal/exercise data all in one app.

I like this app, now I've got used to it. I would like to be able to hide everything I don't want but can't find a way how to do that. I think this is more complex than some other apps but it seems to be the only one that connects to my meter so I'll stick with it. I'd like one more setting if possible and that's BMI. Lastly I hate the trend for sticking an exclamation mark after words. It is not needed after the word good, or rate it. Neither are exclamations.

I have been a type 1 diabetic for the past 30 years & I have never had good control. My A1C always ran between 8 and 11.5. 8 is a good A1C for me. Now it's 8.4. I found this app & thought for sure it would not work for me, but I was wrong. I can document pretty much every aspect of my health. It's simple, easy to use. organizes, & stores all info. A report can be sent to a doctor. it's customized to the info I choose to record. Takes no time at all to enter the info & you're done! Love it!!!

A must have if you are on shots. After I went back on shots after 14 years on a pump, I was unable to find an app that could replace the convenience of my insulin pump. They are all bare bones and don't calculate anything. Diabetes:M has filled this role of convenience. You can set carb ratios and correction factors for any time of the day. It is wonderful and I'm very thankful for it. I'll be buying the yearly subscription to support the app soon.

Notifications/Reminders are too aggressive! It would be nice to be able to get reminders without it taking over the whole screen, requiring interaction to dismiss. It's annoying and dangerous when it pops up when I'm driving with my GPS app open, because then I have to interact manually with my phone (illegal in my state) to bring back the GPS screen.
